"Perfection! I have been to many islands in the Caribbean and prefer villas, small condos, etc to large resorts. This house is so comfortable, cozy, clean and so very cool. Your views from the floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking (so are the sunsets). The swimming and snorkeling from the private dock is a real treat. Relaxation is the word that best comes to mind with Coco Nut Treehouse. Some have mentioned the power going out but this only happened once during a week stay. Light some candles and go look at the stars. I did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back...this from a person who usually doesn't like to visit the same place twice. I hope I can revisit this special place for years to come. Rent a golf cart to explore the entire island and a boat to explore the other islands. Not one bad experience to be had. A perfect vacation in every single way."

  • An Absolute Paradise!

"We recently stayed at Turtle Dreams...a perfect piece of paradise! The house is beautiful and very accommodating with lots of living space. The screened porch was awesome! The view of Coco Bay from rooftop lookout is beautiful...a perfect place to watch the incredible sunsets. There are spectacular beaches within walking distance or just a cart-ride away. We rented a boat and explored many of the Islands around the Sea of Abaco. A golf cart was the ideal transportation to visit New Plymouth for grocery shopping, exploring and visiting the Islands great local restaurants and attractions. The people of GTC were a pleasure to interact with and everyone was more than willing to say hello or give any assistance if needed. All in all, a great vacation and a great vacation home. Thank you for sharing Paradise!!"

  • Two Thumbs Up!

"We just returned from a week long stay at Ma Mazie's and we couldn't have felt more at home! The house is perfect for two people to have a wonderful stay. We found everything to be exactly as advertised - clean, wifi worked great, A/C was great and the location is extremely convenient in New Plymouth. We were a short walk from restaurants, grocery, landmarks and the water. The front porch is great for socializing. :) The best thing about Ma Mazie's is the owners - Jim and Marilyn are salt-of-the-earth wonderful folks! We felt so welcome from the moment we got off the ferry until we gave goodbye hugs. Be sure to rent a golf cart from Seaside carts. There are sights all over the cay that are not to be missed!"

  • Family Voted Best Vacation Ever!

"We have visited many Bahama out islands and even owned a beachfront home in Great Harbour Cay for some years. I can say that Green Turtle Cay is by far one of our best experiences to date. GTC has the "off the beaten path" out island feel that we like - yet offers a wide variety of eateries and conveniences. The "Peaceful Times" is a lovely well built home and perfect for our family of four - very comfortable. The interior is efficient, neat and clean with plenty of linens and supplies. The vaulted ceilings and high windows throughout the home was an unexpected delight. FUN STUFF: The golf cart rental from Sea Side carts is a must and was the conduit for each days new adventure. The beautiful white sand beach access is really close to the house - just a few minutes walk. Cracked conch dinner with rice and peas at Wrecking Tree restaurant was outstanding as was our grouper meal at McIntosh's Restaurant and ice cream cones here too. Sid's grocery was clean and well stocked, Lowe's and Curry's markets also had many items as well as frozen meats of all kinds including fish, lobster and conch. Be sure to pick up a loaf of the fresh baked Bahama breads available in the stores each morning. Our favorite was the warm coconut bread which most days didn't make it back to the house! Our daughter combed the beaches and found beautiful shells and sea glass and took hundreds of pictures. Our son learned to cast a fly rod during our stay and ended up wading the flats with us. We located a goodly amount of bone fish schools tailing in two different areas along the flats on the West side and these are easily accessible. The family voted and this was one of our favorite family vacations ever....and we have teenagers! Thank you Paul and Diane!"
