  • Best 8 days ever - really

"We hesitated to recommend TWT because we became instantly selfish of this perfect bungalow situated in the best spot in the Bahamas, if not the world! We didn't want too many others to discover our new secret escape! But we loved the owners/hosts, so... In a word, wonderful!! Our hosts, beyond compare. We are both outdoorsy and adventurous so it was a terrific choice and loved having a rental boat vs. rental car to explore the nearby cays, reefs, beaches, and restaurants! We will be back as soon as we can!"

  • Graet cottage and great location

"We had a wonderful week at Blue Moon Cottage. The cottage is very well maintained and decorated with a lot of interesting touches. Judy the caretaker was at the dock waiting for us along with Vikki from Hope Town Carts with our golf cart. Judy showed us around the cottage and left us to enjoy the day. Tahiti Beach is a great spot, easy to reach by golf cart. The ocean beach is gorgeous as well. The restaurant choices are many and all that we tried were excellent. Our 2 favorites were Abaco Inn and Firefly. We fished with Cap Plug and had a gorgeous day and caught a ton of fish. He really knows his business. Blue Moon Cottage has everything you need for cooking in and the gas grill was brand new. Internet worked perfectly. Shea was a pleasure to work with. She really has a special place there on Elbow."

  • Ideal

"My wife and I spent 10 extremely peaceful days at Annie's Skyward Cottage in November, just as the islands were preparing for the holidays and start of tourist season. The cottage is tucked into the backside of a dune on the Atlantic Ocean side, buffered from any winds by the dune, palms, and shrubs. The kitchen, a few steps from the cottage, is equipped with everything you need; refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, coffee pots, and utensils. The cottage hosts the bedroom, bathroom, and sitting/TV room, and is stocked with many books, from fiction to local (I suggest the "History of an Out Island and its Cays" and "The Long Day Wanes") (and wifi covers the cottage and kitchen if you need a download). The interconnecting deck includes a pair of Adirondack Chairs overlooking the Atlantic and the beach (great place to start the morning). The beach is long and beautiful, quiet, gives up its sea glass, very swim-able, and depending on wind direction, good for SUPping or Surfing. The town is only about 100 yards down a sandy path, the harbor another 50 yards farther, meaning food, drink, bike/cart/boat rentals are steps away. The cottage could not be more ideal for balancing a little peace and quiet, with all the convenience of access to the island's amenities when the mood strikes. Remember to look skyward at night, the stars are beautiful. Thank you Annie for being a great host!"

  • Clean, comfy, amazing location, spacious...

"We visited Treasure Cay and stayed in this great condo right on the beach. There were 7 of us, two couples and 3 kids. The condo has 3 nice size bedrooms, one of which is a spacious master suite. Very nicely furnished and clean, with plenty of nice towels and linens. One of the rooms was perfect for our 3 kids, as it has a bunk bed (single on top, full on bottom), plus a roll-out trundle. The Treasure Cay beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. The Bahamas Beach Club has an amazing pool, hot tub and beach bar. About a 5 minute walk down the beach is the Coco Beach Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner - super casual, fun spot. I highly recommend staying in this condo. You won't be disappointed!"
