  • wonderful location and condo

"We did not have the best weather but the beach was beautiful and the condo was not only comfortable but beautifully furnished. This is a great place to come for a relaxing vacation but not a shopping trip. (great for the pocket book if you have teens) We can't wait to come back."

  • In the center of everything Guana!

"We recently spent 10 days here and it was indeed a pleasure. We chose it both for it's central location and because it was dog friendly as we had our 12 yr old lab. Being dog friending didn't mean there'd be any indication of former dog occupation as it was as clean and fresh as could be. It's location, which is literally almost in the center of the settlement puts it within very short walking distance to everything Guana; way less than a minute to the harbor waterfront and the amusing street-side Kidd's Cove bar, which is directly across from the Island Flavors restaurant, or maybe a 2 min slow stroll to the gorgeous beach, perhaps 3 minutes to Grabbers and maybe 5 minutes to Nippers, so hardly no planning is needed for anything. Tami, the owner/caretaker was great and just 2 houses away and provided us with anything extra we might have needed. This neat vintage cottage has been completely remodeled with classic furnishing and with open ceilings and fans, so it's nice, cool and airy. While you can indeed walk to just about everything, renting a golf cart makes it all the more fun, enabling you to tour further on this truly unique island."

  • Paradise

"Fabulous rental unit! Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Can easily push the twin beds together and have one King room and one queen room, or have a queen room and one with two twin beds. Great fans mounted in the corners of each room in addition to the AC, made for very comfortable sleeping conditions. Very close to beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. Will definitely be back and would rent this unit."

"Stressed? Need to get away-from-it-all? Then Seaturtle Treehouse on Green Turtle Cay is the place for you to relax, unwind and nourish your soul. The owners, Susan and Tim were great. They answered all of our questions, emailed during our stay and really helped us out when there was a bit of confusion on our part about logistics. The property managers, Michael and Jennifer of Abaco Breeze Properties could not have been more helpful. They met us at the ferry dock to take us to the property and became our friends on the island. The treehouse is located in a serene and private setting on the calm Sea of Abaco. Metal and wood beams and glass walls provide architectural interest to this handsome two story octagonal structure. The living area is on the upper level with fantastic views and access to the wrap around deck from every room. The home is very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with high-quality linens. The recently remodeled kitchen is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We appreciated the games, books and DVDs and had a blast without tv. The screened-in lower level, with chaise lounges, swing chairs and a bonus dining area, is the perfect place to bring-on your zen, whatever that might be for you. The walkway leads to a shared dock on the sea. Overnight rental boat mooring and fishing is not permitted, but it was great to be able to swim and snorkel right from the dock. We have traveled a lot and are now spoiled by GTC. The island is undeveloped and naturally beautiful. Snorkling was fantastic. But above all else, the people were so warm. We especially enjoyed the food and friendly staff McIntosh's restaurant - we thought the food portions and quality were better than served at a local fancy-schmancy restaurant. Sunset marine boat rental family and staff could not have been nicer. Kool Karts golf cart rental folks were great. We found our paradise!!"
