"We stayed at this home for two weeks this past May. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures really don't do it justice. It is very well stocked, I can't think of a single thing that we needed, that wasn't there. The grounds are kept in perfect condition, beautiful pool and hot tub anf then you also have the beach at your disposal. The owners are very nice to deal with and answer all questions in a timely manner. Cannot wait to return to this location and this house again."

"My husband & I were fortunate to spend a week at Johanna's lovely cottage. It was so relaxing & peaceful exactly what we were looking for an anniversary getaway. Johanna was a treat to deal with & had answers to any questions we may have had. The cottage was well equipped & had all you would need. We spent a few nights in barbecuing & cooking, but also enjoyed the evenings we would be out. Like everyone has commented on, Lucky & Sophie were a special treat & we loved having them around. Another added bonus was Edmond, Johanna's caretaker, he was always available if we had any questions or recommendations. A wonderful guy! Exuma's beaches are spectacular, like nothing we've ever seen before. Tropic of Cancer, Forbes Hill, Hooper's Bay, Jolly Hall & even one we discovered on our own were unbelievable. We look forward to returning some day, sooner than later we hope. Thank you again Johanna."

"A group of Canadians all flew our small airplanes into Black Point. We rented all four of Ida's places. They were well stocked and clean and you just cant beat this stop.
Wow what a great island, great people, beautiful laid back vacation. Ida, her husband and all the great people on the island were warm and friendly. We will go back, all had a great time. The golf cart, the view, the basics in the cabins...all you could possibly need to enjoy your time.
Ida is as good a person as you will ever deal with. She is honest and we just cant say enough about our experience.
Now, to be clear you are on an out island, the speed is not what we are used to at home. Your here to relax so relax. Suggest taking some food and drinks, bbq is there as are full kitchens. Going into town provides pizza, and a few simple restaurants, beer stops etc. Again, take the basics so you dont get anxiety if they don't have something you need. Food was great but prepare for long waits at the various restaurants.
If you like the laid back quiet stops this is for you. Absolutely beautiful. A great day trip is chartering a boat and hitting staniel cay yacht club, swimming with the pigs, iguana island and thunderbolt grotta. Nice half day on the water."

"This was our 2nd year visiting Seastar. We were there 2 weeks and took a vacation within our vacation by flying to Eleuthera for a couple days. As always, we loved our stay at Seastar. Chat n chill is a great place to visit on Sunday, as that is the pig roast day! We rented a boat this time and explored the waterways and did some great snorkeling. I am sure I am addicted to cracked chicken from Charlie's at fish fry too. Plenty to do in the off season If you are adventurous. We are just glad the weather held out again in the peak of hurricane season!"
