"My husband & I were fortunate to spend a week at Johanna's lovely cottage. It was so relaxing & peaceful exactly what we were looking for an anniversary getaway. Johanna was a treat to deal with & had answers to any questions we may have had. The cottage was well equipped & had all you would need. We spent a few nights in barbecuing & cooking, but also enjoyed the evenings we would be out. Like everyone has commented on, Lucky & Sophie were a special treat & we loved having them around. Another added bonus was Edmond, Johanna's caretaker, he was always available if we had any questions or recommendations. A wonderful guy! Exuma's beaches are spectacular, like nothing we've ever seen before. Tropic of Cancer, Forbes Hill, Hooper's Bay, Jolly Hall & even one we discovered on our own were unbelievable. We look forward to returning some day, sooner than later we hope. Thank you again Johanna."

"My family just returned from a picture perfect 2 weeks at this home in Exuma. It was very clean, comfortable, and private, with breathtaking views all around. The location was perfect. Not far from the airport, close to Georgetown, restaurants, market, etc., and not far from beautiful Little Exuma and its beaches. The caretaker Ray, was also very helpful and informative. He aided us in renting a boat, and was always available for any questions we might have. We have rented numerous homes through Homeaway and VRBO, & I can easily say this was one of the most positive experiences we've ever had in regards to the people we dealt with. I would highly reccomend this home & its owners to anyone looking to escape to the paradise of Great Exuma! I know we'll be back!"

"This is a very nice house in February Point. It is at least as nice as the pictures. The finishes and furniture are all high quality and in like-new condition. There was one very minor maintenance item with the house which we emailed the owner about and he had a plumber there within hours to fix it. We spent many hours looking on VRBO debating where to stay on our trip to the Exumas. After going, I highly recommend February Point over other much more remote areas such as Tar Bay, etc. and inside February Point, this house is a very good option."

"We enjoyed a lovely hot sunny and rainy week here in September. The Exumas were very quiet at this time of year and we basically had February Point all to ourselves. Only once was there someone else at the pool when we were there....
Our house was in the perfect location, so close to the ocean - amazing watching the sun rises every morning from bed and sitting out front with a coffee in the early peaceful mornings when the water was so still it was all just a perfect reflection.
The house was delightful, lots of room, fully equipped, no problems at all..
There is some construction going on, but it did not bother us.
The restaurant was only open Weds thru Saturday which was a little bit annoying. We had no clue we were arriving into such a quiet time, when most restaurants close for the month for either renos or just because it is too quiet on the island to open..
Luckily we managed not to starve - it just took a bit of work finding the open food joints! Totally recommend Shirley's at the Fish Fry! And Tropic Breeze & Santana's for lunch in Little Exuma.
Location of February Point is excellent - so handy to Georgetown and the Driftwood Cafe for breakfast and the Exuma Markets for groceries...
We would definitely return to February Point and Great Exuma!"
