"Three couples absolutely, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turtle Rock House on Tropic of Cancer Beach on Little Exuma. If you're looking to get away from it all, this is the place for you. We either had this amazing beach all to ourselves or shared it with very few people. It is, indeed, a paradise. There was wonderful walking on the beach, kayaking to the Turtle and Alligator Rocks, and a little bit of snorkeling. But the sheer beauty of just being there is the best! The house is quite lovely, simply and tastefully decorated and is very functional. The drive back to Georgetown takes about 30 minutes for shopping, etc. We went to Tropic Breeze and Santanaas Grill in Williamstown for two excellent meals."

"I just got back from Exuma with my husband and I can't say enough about this villa. It is the best one on the development because it is literally steps away from the water. The owner went out of his way to answer all of my questions for months before the trip. He also knows the island well and offered excellent advice and tips that helped make this a trip I will never forget. The villa is the perfect size for a couple or small family. The location is great because it is close to everything. The property also allows you to use their water equipment such as kayaks and paddle boats which was an added bonus. Everyone here was helpful and friendly. I cannot wait to get back here next year and will not stay any where except this villa.....it's the best!"

"We stayed at this home for two weeks this past May. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures really don't do it justice. It is very well stocked, I can't think of a single thing that we needed, that wasn't there. The grounds are kept in perfect condition, beautiful pool and hot tub anf then you also have the beach at your disposal. The owners are very nice to deal with and answer all questions in a timely manner. Cannot wait to return to this location and this house again."

"We love The Exumas. The magnificent beaches, great food and friendly people make it a wonderful place to visit. Coconut Cottage is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed visiting a new beach everyday, shopping at the local shops including Smitty's and Prime Island Meats, lunch out at the many restaurants, Santana's, Tropical Breeze, Paradise Bay, Big D's, Splash, Chat n' Chill to name some. Most nights were spent on the spacious deck barbequing dinner and enjoying the sunsets.
Norman and Julie ,as hosts, who live in The Cays with their family of dogs, were helpful and informative.
The straw market and the old tree in the centre of town burnt to the ground while we were there but the community is already hard at work to replace it so it will soon rise again and we wish them well in their endeavors.
Joanna was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival and the booking was simple and uncomplicated.
This is a home, not a vacation rental, and the clock in the kitchen says it all....".Bahamian Time".......Relax, Unwind and Enjoy.
It was a pleasure to visit Coconut Cottage and this island and we thank Joanna and her family for allowing us to share their home.....we hope to return......"
