"This is a delightful condo on a beautiful, quiet, sandy beach. The photos do not do it justice, especially the very large master BR with floor to ceiling window overlooking the pool and sea. We spent hours on the balcony which had 2 small tables, perfect for breakfast and appetizers. One difficulty for some would be the 3 flights of steps, but we stayed 2 weeks and were sorry to leave. Taxis or bus from here to grocery store/market are affordable and it's possible to use shuttle at family-oriented resort next door with a tip for driver. We spent one day snorkeling at Deadman's Reef/Paradise Cove which was fabulous and very cheap if you have your own transportation."

"We had a great time staying at the Riviera Villas. The manager was very personable and helpful about where things are on the island, local events, etc. We didn't mind that we weren't on the beach because it took 3 seconds to walk there. It's closer to the quieter end of the beach, which we really liked. The condo is also very close to town. We did not rent a car since we were only there for 5 days and planned on staying in the area. It's a great walk along the beach to the Lucaya Market (also safe at night but watch out for the rising tide!) The condo itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi is available which is really nice for looking things up (although they do provide a map). The owner was very helpful as well and prompt with her email responses and following up.
There are a couple of things that I would say were less than favorable. We were told we may have to buy paper products for the condo (as in TP and what-have-you). We didn't have to since there were two rolls, but I wasn't thrilled about the idea that I would have to stock the condo with essentials like that. I'm not sure if it would have even been feasible that first day - that would have been VERY inconvenient. There also wasn't any dish soap. There was a bottle under the sink of very watered down soap - someone was clearly trying to make it stretch. Again, I just feel that things like that should be provided.
Great place to stay overall and would highly recommend for a beautiful relaxing vacation."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The beach is excellent, the view from the patio and the master bedroom is a dream come true. The unit has everything you might need, and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We highly recommend this place and will definitely consider coming there again.
Thank you, Mike, Diana, and Catherine!"

"The condo was exactly what our family was looking for. My husband and I traveled with our 3 year old son and were pleased with the accommodations, the size of the condo, and the kitchen amenities. We took a quick taxi ride to a grocery store and stocked up on food and drinks for the condo. I was able to pack a cooler to bring down to the pool and beach with drinks and snacks for us to prevent multiple trips back upstairs to the unit. The town is a very nice 10-15 minute walk down the beach where we went nightly for dinners out. Closer to the unit, we many times had the entire beach to ourselves. The price was unbeatable and we would definitely come back and rent with Lucy again."
