"Stayed for 7 nights in this beautiful updated condo. This was our 5th time to Coral Beach and being on the first floor was a great asset especially since my husband is disabled. Paul was great to work with...very quick response time! Delores the property manager was amazing. We had a few hiccups the first day and Paul and Delores had someone out that day to fix. Can't say enough amazing things! We will be back!!!!"

"Minutes from Bell Channel and Port Lucaya, so it worked out perfectly for us. We fish up there every summer for yellow fin tuna that migrate through and the condo was perfect with dockage just out the back door. We have stayed at a number of VRBO's and hotels in the past but this unit is at the top of our list moving forward."

"My wife, 2 young children (aged 3 and 5) and I spent three wonderful weeks in this house. It is the first time I have been anywhere where the property is actually better than the sales pics. While the property is as you see it on the YouTube video it actually feels more spacious when you get inside and the beach/ocean is far closer than expected. The house is also extremely well equipped and you feel very much looked after by the local manager.
In terms of positioning the property couldn't be in a better spot and the beach and water are very safe for small kids. There is also some decent snorkelling 30yrds off the shore.
It is close enough to the amenities and main town (10 mins drive) but far enough away to feel a sense of detachment from the world..
There is also enough to do on the island (don't miss the dolphin experience) if you can be bothered to drag yourself from the beach!
I can't recommend this property enough."

"This was our first time renting a condo as opposed to doing the all inclusive thing. We had a crazy cab ride to Hampton Court, and upon arriving we were a little apprehensive (mostly because we didn't know the whereabouts of the necessities such as; grocery & liquor store, market place, restaurants, and beach). But once we got our bearings, we realized that the location of the condo is perfect. A less than 10 minute walk brought you to beach and restaurants. The grocery store & liquor store (located in the same plaza) was about a 15-20 minute walk, which we did, then coming back we took the bus ($1.25 each) which was very straight forward.
There was 3 of us in the condo, so the 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms worked out perfect. The condo is on the ground floor with the back door leading directly to the patio with pool. This was where we had our coffee and breakfast every morning. We used the pool almost daily, but mostly enjoyed relaxing around it with a drink after a hard day at the beach.
We had a couple of small issues in the condo which Lisa promptly resolved after we contacted her via email. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The dining area has a table for 4, but we ate outside on the patio. The living room is very comfortable. There is a land line which we used a couple of times for local calls. WiFi is available as well. The condo also backs on the canal, so there is a nice dock with picnic table which we used a few times.
Lisa provided an information package in advance with everything that you need to know about the condo and the area which was very helpful. We were going to rent a car to do day trip but found out that they have a 3 day minimum, so we didn't bother. You don't really need a car if you are just going to hang out at the beach or Port Lucaya.
We felt very safe walking around the area, even at night after a yummy dinner in the market place. Everyone that we passed along the route to the beach / market place, be it locals or vacationers, was very friendly and always said hi to us.
We hope to make it back next year!"
