  • Excellent Vacation Home

"It was a wonderful vacation rental. Warm, clean, friendly and accomodating. I needed nothing while I was there. A home away from home"

  • Magical, Relaxing Retreat

"We loved our stay at Sea Song. It was so peaceful that we only ventured downtown one day to explore Nassau. The only word I can think of to explain our experience is magical. We sat on the porch and watched a variety of sea life float through the clear water. It was such a quiet neighborhood. Arnold's service was superb and I so appreciate all of your other suggestions as well. We will definitely be back for another stay at the cottage. Thanks again for the excellent experience of renting your home. I appreciate you sharing it. I've rented homes through VRBO before but never had such great service and suggestions from an owner. I wish you a prosperous New Year and hope to be back to Sea Song in 2014."

  • This property is beautiful and as advertised.

"We had two families staying at this property. It was perfect! The teenagers stayed on the beautiful second floor using the pullout couches while the rest of the families split up the remaining bedrooms on the first and third floors. The house had every amenity and was wi fi equipped. The combo of the pool and beach was ideal for our group. The kids made full use of both and Leon had a stash of beach and pool toys. Very few people on the beach. Snorkeling was best at the other end of the beach but we had some fish to enjoy right off our end of the beach. Very well equipped kitchens but we mainly used the second floor kitchen for family meals. For a change of pace, we occasionally made the very short walk down the beach to Compass Point Resort for lunch or dinner. The house was spotless and very well maintained. We wanted to be away from the hustle of downtown Nassau but, if you go, give yourself at least 45 minutes to get downtown and find parking. Leon was very easy to work with and we would highly recommend this property."

  • ocean villa property

"Beautiful property and very functional for a family. We especially enjoyed the private pool and access to the ocean for snorkeling. Beach access requires a car rental as well as visiting the town. We enjoyed our welcome from private chef Sweeting and his excellent treats. Owner was extremely responsive for any request."
