Great house and wonderful owners!
"Joan and Billy, the owners, could not have been more accommodating and helpful! What a sweet and wonderful spot on the water and property! The team at the Reef Ball Foundation was lucky enough to stay at the house while doing an environmental restoration project on the island. Joan and Billy from the start were so supportive of our work and the project and we can not thank them enough! The house was perfect for our team with it being a convenient location, but also having a lot of privacy with the long driveway. The house has a great entertaining area and a great back porch and lovely place to swim. I miss our afterwork and midnight swims! The house is so inviting that we often found our work colleagues dropping by after work for a drink, swim or meal! The house is a perfect beach house in that it is spacious both inside and out and has a simple elegance with a relaxed feel. Not too fancy where you are constantly worried about getting sand on something, but very nicely designed and arranged to make it pleasant, fun and comfortable. Joan and Billy responded very promptly if we ever needed anything. I sure hope I get to go back sometime! Thanks again for all your supportive from the gang at the Reef Ball Foundation! We all miss our yellow house and the island! Can't wait to see what our reef looks like in a few years! You guys are certainly doing your part in helping preserve the island! Take care, Kathy Kirbo, Executive Director, The Reef Ball Foundation"

"Our stay was absolutely marvelous. Ms Angela's house was beautiful, relaximg. And very.clean. Everything that was described in the reviews amd more. Ms Angela made sure that all was taken care of before she went out of town. The taxi service was more then we expected. Even though we sometimes called them put of the blue, they did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely stay at Ms. Angela's beautiful home again. This is one you won't regret stayimg at."

"We stayed 8 nights in Cathy's beautiful home. The views from the patio were fabulous. All pictures are an accurate representation of the home & views. We snorkeled every day in the ocean that you just walked into from the patio stairs. My children had a blast. The private pool was an awesome way to relax. The distance to downtown Nassau was an easy 20 minute drive. Cathy is so responsive & easy to work with. The recommendation to use Chef Sweeting was a great one. My sons are difficult to please when it comes to food, but Chef Sweeting was awesome at customizing our meals for us. Meals were tasty and we never left the table hungry. He was so pleasant. My family had an awesome vacation and I whole-heartedly recommend both staying at Cathy's villa as well as using Chef Sweeting's service."

"This was the 4th consecutive year my husband and I have rented this spacious, comfortable villa for at least 2 weeks in late February (so we have obviously always enjoyed it), but this year, we were delighted to discover that the owners had completely renovated the kitchen, up-dated the bathrooms, and re-painted...so the place is nicer than ever (not "luxurious," but fresh and bright). AND it's impossible to exaggerate the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit! We love Viola's (the friendly on-site bar/grill) and Anthony's (a restaurant within walking distance which offers the best black bean soup in the world), and my husband, who likes to play a little blackjack on vacation, loves the short walk to the Atlantis casino. (We always rent a car so we can "cross the bridge" for groceries and the occasional fancy restaurant meal...try Graycliff, Luciano's and Matisse...but not necessary to have a car, especially for a short stay when it's not necessary to stock a lot of groceries, as one can easily get a taxi.) I should add that the owners are also a pleasure to deal with. The ONLY negative has nothing to do with the villa itself, but the pool in the complex...it's pretty and sparkling clean, but it's unheated...so it's FRIGID (at least in February...may be fine later in the year)."
