"Even better than the pics! Stayed at this wonderful property in July and everything was as expected or better. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We were picked up and dropped off from airport, given a short tour when we arrived so we could get oriented and pick up some food at grocery store and even welcomed into their home for Sunday dinner! The hosts live right next door and were available to answer questions, but remained unobtrusive and leave you to your privacy. The property is very clean, well appointed, roomy and within walking distance of the city bus, Cable beach or Sandyport (it's between the two). There is a private inground pool in the back with lights that was a welcomed respite after a long day in the sun, or for just relaxing at the house. The property has everything you need for cooking at home, there is a large grocery store within a 2-3 block walk. We did not have a car but didn't need one, it was easy to get around from there on the buses. The owner even gave us a cell phone to use while we were there, and the number for a cab if out late at night. I went to one of the big resort hotels for a conference immediately after staying, and would have preferred to stay at Cedar Pines. The whole experience made for a wonderful trip and relaxing vacation. Thank You! We will be back."Guest: pv18 Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
"My family tremendously enjoyed staying at the condo. Location is great as well as the property. The best part in my opinion was the patio directly on the water. We found beds to be comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and Wi-Fi seamless;few times that we required assistance of property manager she was always available and resolved our issues immediately. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!"Guest: zegroy Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 2, 2014View listing
"Always stay with Cilis when I am in Nassau. Perfect location, impeccable accommodations and a wonderful host. You won't find this type of service/quality anywhere else on the island and to top it off it's EXTREMELY reasonable in price!"Guest: Allison Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 4, 2014View listing
"We had two families staying at this property. It was perfect! The teenagers stayed on the beautiful second floor using the pullout couches while the rest of the families split up the remaining bedrooms on the first and third floors. The house had every amenity and was wi fi equipped. The combo of the pool and beach was ideal for our group. The kids made full use of both and Leon had a stash of beach and pool toys. Very few people on the beach. Snorkeling was best at the other end of the beach but we had some fish to enjoy right off our end of the beach. Very well equipped kitchens but we mainly used the second floor kitchen for family meals. For a change of pace, we occasionally made the very short walk down the beach to Compass Point Resort for lunch or dinner. The house was spotless and very well maintained. We wanted to be away from the hustle of downtown Nassau but, if you go, give yourself at least 45 minutes to get downtown and find parking. Leon was very easy to work with and we would highly recommend this property."Guest: Michelle K. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 2, 2014View listing
