  • Great Condo

"Location was good. A few feet to private clean beach. Nice big heated pool. The condo itself was spacious and well furnished. We loved it. The owner was helpful and always answered right back if emailed. You do have to climb stairs to get to the bedrooms, and there's not much within short walking distance. We spent one day a Atlantis, which was fun, but a huge pain to get into and get around in, and they charge a lot for everything! Nothing included except what is put explicitly in writing. No one on staff seemed to be able to give us intelligent directions or information, and we had a person who has a little trouble walking and two babies with us."

  • Very nice resort at a very reasonable rate!

"This is a beautiful resort at a great rate. This timeshare rental is for a one bedroom deluxe villa and not a premium villa. The rental process was easy and deeda was a great help. I was unfortunately given the wrong information at the time of rental and Deeda did everything to make it right. Upon out arrival we were treated like family and had a great time. I only gave it four stars because the resort is starting to show its age. They are starting upgrades but not at a rapid pace. You will definitely enjoy your time here at this resort which is approx. a 10-15 min. walk to Atlantis."

  • Nassau Paradise Island

"This was a great holiday. Dealing with owners Jim and Nanda was very pleasant and easy. The location is very close to Atlantis. The property is lovely and peaceful. The desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I always felt safe. They have parrots on the property. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. It has internet and cable. It was nice to jump in the pool every morning before going eat. Cabs are quick to pick you up. I would stay there again."

  • GREAT VACATION FOR EVERYONE

"It was awesome! Harbourside is spotless and pool is massive. Our daughter who just turned 5 had a blast and we would go back for sure! Having a kitchen was the best and saved us over $1500 or more vs what we would have had to pay at Atlantis for 3 meals a day. Only small drawback is that there is no BBQ so if you want to eat in some dinners, then plan meals that don't require a grill. Taxi to get groceries return was $45. Chas was great to deal with and no issues at all. Thanks!!!!:)"

Paradise Island Vacation Rentals are an Affordable way to Stay

Paradise Island in the Bahamas is aptly named. A tropical destination popular with high fliers and the glitterati, the island has a distinctly glamorous feel about it. The beautiful beaches and many activities available make it a fun summer destination.

The many apartments, rooms and villas available as rentals offer an economical way to visit Paradise Island. Benefit from being in the center of all the action without breaking the bank. Most apartments have great sea views or are set in beautiful tropical gardens. The island is small and shopping for groceries generally entails a two-minute walk down to the local grocery store so catering for meals is easy and convenient. Most villas are stylishly furnished and fully equipped with modern conveniences. It's like having your own private home transported to a tropical paradise.

Rub Shoulders With the Rich and Famous

Paradise Island is a place to be seen. Luxury yachts line the marina, stylish boutiques provide hours of shopping entertainment, and a vibrant nightlife ensures you can mingle with the many international visitors that come to the island. If you enjoy the fast-paced trendy lifestyle, then Paradise Island is the perfect destination for you. There are also plenty of activities for the kids and many marine attractions at Atlantis. The villas can accommodate couples or families and some are even large enough to house small groups. It's a favorite destination for honeymooners and young families that enjoy an active lifestyle.

Getting to Paradise Island Resorts

Paradise Island is linked to Nassau by two bridges and numerous ferry routes. Most international airlines from the U.S. and Europe have regularly scheduled flights directly into Nassau. The flight from New York City is just three hours. From the airport, it's a short taxi or ferry ride to Paradise Island. Once on the island, it's very easy to get around. Most apartments and condos are within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. For villas that have more secluded locations, you can use taxis or rent a car during your stay to get around.

Paradise Island Travel Attractions

Most of the activities and attractions at Paradise Island revolve around the 17 beautiful beaches. Sunbathers soak up the sun and sip cocktails at beachfront bars. Enjoy a game of volleyball or a sunset horse ride along the beach.

The impressive Atlantis Resort is one of the main features on Paradise Island. Rental apartments are available within the resort and most include access to all resort amenities. Golfers can test their skills on one of the two 18-hole championship golf courses on Nassau Paradise Island. Tennis is another popular activity and basketball courts are available for some family fun.

Go for a cruise on one of the many yachts, hire a jet ski, or go on a deep sea fishing excursion. The warm tropical waters around Paradise Island are great for snorkeling and diving. You can see thousands of colorful reef fish swimming between the corals. Diving charters, courses and equipment rental can be easily arranged.
