  • Perfect location

"If you're looking to visit the amazing beaches of Paradise Island but don't want the complete insanity, crowds, and cost of Atlantis, this villa is perfect. We came with my family of four (3 year old and 8 month old), plus my mother, and it was awesome. The place is very spacious, the pool is right outside the back door, and the beach is a 1-minute walk down some stairs. We ordered groceries and so we were able to cook in the fully-equiped kitchen saving us a ton of money. There are two really nice pools. We found the one in front more pleasant, but there are fewer loungers so make sure to get there early. Atlantis is a 3-minute walk, so on one of the cloudy/cooler days we took the kids to the aquariums. The casino was great for a night out with my wife. We compared what it would have cost to stay at Atlantis with adjoining hotel rooms, and this villa is a superior value. Dianna, the manager of the villa, is very responsive to the needs of renters. She answered every time I called. She helped me get the wireless internet working, and when we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, she came by and delivered more within an hour. John was also very responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip, and helped us figure out what to pack/not pack, helped us get the place equipped for our baby (high chair and crib), and was very patient with all our questions. There are only a couple of potential downsides, to those who are picky. One is that there are almost no hooks in the bathrooms or bedrooms, which is an issue when you're using a lot of towels and getting clothes and swimsuits wet in the pool and ocean. We hung towels and clothes on furniture, which we didn't feel great about. Easily fixable. Another is that, although the place is nicely remodeled, there is some basic finish work that could be done to polish it up. For example, there's some small holes in the wall in the dining room where a picture used to be, that have not been filled. In the kitchen, the dishwasher wasn't installed well, and moves around a little, although it still works. As someone who has remodeled two homes, I have an eye for this stuff. My mother didn't even notice any of it until I pointed it out. Really not a big deal, and does nothing to detract from the comfort or functionality of the place. In all, we had a wonderful stay and we plan to return. If you want a quiet, nice place right on the beach and want to save some money, this is the place!"

  • Excellent family vacation

"We had a great time at Atlantis, at this timeshare condo. Atlantis has amazing facilities to enjoy (waterpark, pools, activities), and is great for kids and teens. It is a real advantage to have a kitchen facility, as eating out is pricey. The owner was great to deal with - prompt with e-mail and very helpful. Overall, a fabulous experience."

  • Definitely a place to stay - NO REGRETS!

"Enjoyed our stay immensely. The pools and water slides at the Atlantis were awesome. The kids (and adults too) enjoyed our time. A unanimous family vote that a repeat trip will be scheduled in 2015. Well worth the value. And the amazing sunsets were a nightly bonus!"
