  • Great Location - Great Owner

"The unit is very comfortable and very close to the beach. We have been to Paradise Island a number of times and this is the first time we have rented a unit. Personally, I much prefer this set up rather than going to one of the big hotels. The condos are situated just down from the Atlantis and Riu beach but it much quieter than those beaches. There are still many locals around trying to sell to you on the beach, but it's not as crazy as it is when you get closer to the Atlantis. We let the owner know that a couple of the furnishings were a bit outdated and they were replaced by the next day. It's a quick 10 minute walk over to the Atlantis village (Starbucks :) and you can stop and see the turtle pond on your way. Highly recommended. We were going to book two hotel rooms and this option was much more economical and more enjoyable (if you like quiet) than any of the hotels on Paradise Island. We will definitely be back."

  • Atlantis Harborside

"Hi Chas Our trip was amazing. We loved Harborside and really fell in love with Atlantis. We did something different every single day and my daughter, who is 5, couldn't wait to look at all the aquariums. I was a little worried the water in the pools/ocean would be too cold since we went at the end of November but it was perfect. Everyone at the Atlantis was extremely friendly, every restaurant we ate at was delicious and offered friendly service and the shuttles from Harborside to the rest of the property were convenient and we never had to wait long at all. We can not wait to go back, maybe this summer. Thank you for making the process smooth!"

  • Nassau Paradise Island

"This was a great holiday. Dealing with owners Jim and Nanda was very pleasant and easy. The location is very close to Atlantis. The property is lovely and peaceful. The desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I always felt safe. They have parrots on the property. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. It has internet and cable. It was nice to jump in the pool every morning before going eat. Cabs are quick to pick you up. I would stay there again."

  • Perfect accomodation on Paradise Island!

"We spent a week in December on Paradise Island. The resort is quiet and beautiful. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation. We (2 adults and a 16 month old) glad that we decided to stay at that condo vs. staying at a hotel. The owner is very attentive and was always just a phone call away if we needed something. Will definitely come back!"

The island is small and shopping for groceries generally entails a two-minute walk down to the local grocery store so catering for meals is easy and convenient. Most villas are stylishly furnished and fully equipped with modern conveniences. It's like having your own private home transported to a tropical paradise.

Most apartments and condos are within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. For villas that have more secluded locations, you can use taxis or rent a car during your stay to get around.
