  • Well kept place, great location

"A very cozy, well appointed apartment and we really enjoyed our stay here. Kathy was helpful and responsive while we were making our plans. While the apartment was well kept, the overall complex seemed a little older, not quite as "fresh" as some of the other (albeit more expensive) places around and one area on LHS as you face the ocean looked like it was in the middle of being demolished. The beach was lovely and the condo's bar overlooked the ocean and served tasty food and great drinks. I had my travel electric guitar and spent a lively night entertaining the bar/ residents, which was a lot of fun. There were outdoor sports around the pool and plenty of places to sit, either around the pool or on the beach. The other condo residents were really nice, friendly and helpful. One lady even insisted on driving us around one day, but the place was close enough to Port Lucaya that a very pleasant 15 min. walk along the beach pretty much got us there. Port Lucaya was the nearby happening spot, plenty of restaurants, live music and other water sport activities, just opposite a couple of hotels and a casino. We are SCUBA divers; Coral Beach didn't have dive facilities, but Caribbean Divers picked us up and dropped us off and ran a tight, safe operation. My rating: 5 stars for the apartment; 3 - 4 stars for the overall place but definitely worth the price and convenient."

  • Lovely time at the Regattas

"Our time in Marsh Harbour was delightful. The property was clean, quiet and in a very desirable location in Marsh Harbour. The beach was very clean and quiet, there was always a lounger available. Great snorkelling out front. The pool was cold, we much preferred to swim in the ocean. Laundry was expensive, and it was difficult to find change in town for laundry. The unit was clean and stocked with all we needed. It would have been useful to have a phone for local calls in the unit, but there was a pay phone on the property. We were within walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, shopping and grocery store, but did need to take a taxi back with groceries. Taxis were readily available and on time. 2 weeks was possibly too long, as we felt very relaxed after 1 week and were looking for more adventure in the 2nd week. Also, most of the residents were over 50 years old, we are in our early 30s and traveled with our 2 year old, so there weren't many people our own age to connect with. We did find more people in our demographic in Hopetown on Elbow Cay."

  • We love "Livin" the Dream"!

"We had a blast in Guana Cay and we loved this house! We had originally rented another place and we were not happy with it when we showed up. We were looking for a place to move to and Darvin, the island realtor and property manager found us this one. He was a wonderful help and we really appreciate it. This place is really clean and so comfortable. We caught lobster and fish and ate dinner here most every night. The back deck is AMAZING and the views are beautiful! Once we showed up at this place we finally felt like we were on vacation. We fished off the dock right out front caught some small fish. My husband snorkeled out front on one of the calm days and said it was great. We spend a lot of time on the deck looking out over the water. We have 2 kids and they LOVED the lofts. This place is serene, peaceful and a great place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend!"

Bahamas Travel Tips

Access the Caribbean with a Stay at Bahamas Resorts

Visiting the Bahamas can be an exhilarating experience for the entire family as well as a newly married couple. With plenty of beaches and local culture to absorb, Bahamas resorts allow you to experience the hospitality and talent of the islands’ residents too.

Water Adventures near Bahamas Resorts

Among the 23 inhabited islands of the Bahamas, there are several choices in Bahamas beach rentals for the water-lovers in your family. Parasailing, swimming, sunbathing, diving and snorkeling are all popular activities on the islands once known to be inhabited by pirates. Search for your ideal choice in Bahamas vacation rentals for either a beachfront location or one found near the local nightlife and markets.

Experience a Sunset You Won’t Forget in Bahamas Beach Rentals

If you are lucky enough to have a view of the horizon and watch the sunset each evening from any of the Bahamas resorts, you’ll first be astounded at the beauty that the local residents have access to on a daily basis. You may also be lucky enough to capture a glimpse of a “green flash,” experienced when the sun sets over the blue-green Caribbean waters seen from your Bahamas beach rentals. Some visitors to Bahamas vacation rentals will seek out oceanfront dining in order to hunt for the ideal view to catch this flash during their stay.

Reserve Bahamas Vacation Rentals for Modern Luxuries in Caribbean Beauty

Bahamas resorts always offer you spa and salon services such as massages and facials, but the islands also tout several other activities the entire family can partake in. Take a stroll down the main streets of your island to find local artwork and souvenirs to tote back to your Bahamas beach rentals. Many Bahamas vacation rentals are also located near gaming venues, fine dining and even local golf courses to accommodate your every whim.
