  • 21,26,54 & 55, we all enjoyed our stay!!!

"We'll agree with the maintenance issues, but minor in our opinion when you take it all in. We stayed 10 days and found everything to be wonderful. The community is quiet and well maintained. The view was spectacular, the beach was nice. We visited coral beach, lucayan Nat'l Park, Banana Bay and the Marketplace area. 2-3 visits to the Marketplace was plenty. Next time I'd bring some fishing gear to kill some time around the place, the neighbor was out daily catching bonefish, also some snorkeling gear. Paul and Eva were very accommodating."

  • Beautiful Beachfront Property to just Relax

"Our family of 5 (3 kids between ages 9-13) stayed in the 2 bdr cottage and we loved it. It's noteworthy to mention that the prices on the listing are for renting out all four (4) cottages (2 x 2bdr and 2 x 1bdr). The cottage itself is clean and comfortable. It sits atop of a hill just 50 yards away from the Atlantic and it backs up to a small Cape. The evening breeze is incredible and the view of the stars is incredible! The kids had fun exploring the island, jumping off of the dock with the island kids, swimming, and snorkeling. The island itself is small and everyone there was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The landlady, Ida, was so generous with her time and knowledge. She took care of any arrangements we needed. She has a few boats available for rent and she arranged for a guide. He took us to swim with the pigs, iguana island, ThunderBall grotto, Staniel Cay, Compass Cay to swim with the tame nurse sharks, and a few great snorkeling spots. Hanging out with the pigs was amazing. We discovered that they know how to "sit" on command. The ThunderBall grotto was beautiful and full of fish. We didn't haves the the guts to jump from the top into the grotto but it was fun watching others do it. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to go back and do it again three days later. The boat is available for rent without the guide as well and since the waters are peaceful and shallow is was easy to get around the nearby Cays. The island is remote so if you are looking for urban nightlife this isn't the place, but I can't think of a better place to relax, enjoy each other's company, take in the beautiful scenery and get an authentic Bahama experience this is the place. Even though we started and ended our vacation with a couple of days in Nassau (and while we certainly had fun there) our stay in Black Point Exuma Cay was the highlight of the trip. I highly recommend taking the extra trip from Nassau to Black Point to stay in Ida's cottages."

  • Impeccable Bahamas Vacation Home

"Jim and Denise are wonderful hosts and have an amazing house in Abaco. We arrived on New Years Day (all stores and most restaurants closed), and Denise kindly made a grocery run for us. Their house is perfectly situated on the peninsula, and perfectly designed. It's rare to find a property that is in great condition in the Bahamas, but their house is very well kept. Their house is less than a five minute drive to restaurants in Marsh Harbour, which is convenient. The house has plenty of outdoor space (screened and open), and there are more creature comforts (dehumidifier, AC) indoors than we needed."

Bahamas Travel Tips

Access the Caribbean with a Stay at Bahamas Resorts

Visiting the Bahamas can be an exhilarating experience for the entire family as well as a newly married couple. With plenty of beaches and local culture to absorb, Bahamas resorts allow you to experience the hospitality and talent of the islands’ residents too.

Water Adventures near Bahamas Resorts

Among the 23 inhabited islands of the Bahamas, there are several choices in Bahamas beach rentals for the water-lovers in your family. Parasailing, swimming, sunbathing, diving and snorkeling are all popular activities on the islands once known to be inhabited by pirates. Search for your ideal choice in Bahamas vacation rentals for either a beachfront location or one found near the local nightlife and markets.

Experience a Sunset You Won’t Forget in Bahamas Beach Rentals

If you are lucky enough to have a view of the horizon and watch the sunset each evening from any of the Bahamas resorts, you’ll first be astounded at the beauty that the local residents have access to on a daily basis. You may also be lucky enough to capture a glimpse of a “green flash,” experienced when the sun sets over the blue-green Caribbean waters seen from your Bahamas beach rentals. Some visitors to Bahamas vacation rentals will seek out oceanfront dining in order to hunt for the ideal view to catch this flash during their stay.

Reserve Bahamas Vacation Rentals for Modern Luxuries in Caribbean Beauty

Bahamas resorts always offer you spa and salon services such as massages and facials, but the islands also tout several other activities the entire family can partake in. Take a stroll down the main streets of your island to find local artwork and souvenirs to tote back to your Bahamas beach rentals. Many Bahamas vacation rentals are also located near gaming venues, fine dining and even local golf courses to accommodate your every whim.
