"We were a little concerned initially about potential noise from the bar/restaurant Mojos, which is a poplar place, but to our surprise it was fairly quiet. The area is very nice, central to numerous beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and night life. We stayed in the one bedroom unit which is sufficiently appointed and well maintained. At least 10 parrots live in the trees surrounding the property. We felt safe the whole time. Owner very pleasant and accommodating. Definitley reccomend"

"My family and I stayed with another couple at 'suits me.' My husband and I have an 18 month old. It was an amazing vacation! The views are absolutely gorgeous! Very short walk to Miami beach which has a 'baby pool' for the little ones. We ended up being at the home when the gentlemen that manages was also on the island. It was fun saying hi as we passed him on a daily basis while we went to the beach. Pat, the owner was also there. It was great sitting with her and getting to hear old stories of the home and her experiences on the island. These are times that we will tell our son about and never forget! Pat is truly a sweet person who wants her guests to feel at home! There is now a pack and play and a travel high chair at the home. Harriet, the housekeeper was no exception either!
We also met some very nice people staying in the studio behind the house and enjoyed sitting and chatting while having a cold banks beer!
If you have a car and want to explore, the island is beautiful and offers many great attractions. If you know where you want to go and can't find it, there is always a local willing to direct you!
The Bajan culture is great. Everyone is incredibly nice. I have been going to Barbados for 6 years now and have met locals that I see year after year. I have the same local braid my hair every year, I buy homemade seasoning from another. Everyone is just so nice."

"We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home away from home for 8 days in April. What a beautiful place, wonderful people and an experience of a life time, needless to say we will be returning as soon as we can. Leroy was in every way exceptional from the time of booking until the time of arriving home. He was always available to us if we needed anything, which we didn't because he had already done such a great job making sure that everything was already taken care of. The home is fully stocked with everything that you need for an enjoyable vacation plus more, anything you would have in your home, is all there. With air conditioning in both bedrooms and the new addition living room/bedroom it makes for a very comfortable and cool evening and sleep after a fun filled day at any of the beaches which are all within 15 minutes of the home. Miami Beach is about a 10 minute walk down Oistins hill and we were there almost every day! Oistins fish fry is certainly a Friday night that you cannot miss.. the entertainment and food is amazing, but make sure you go early to ensure that you do not wait long for your food. There are TONS of people there. The shopping in Bridgetown was great, if you are looking for some very nice items at a low cost, and souvenirs to take home, you must take a day and go! You can get there by bus, in about 25 minutes and the bus stops right out front of the house. The weather was exceptional everyday, and the people were incredible and our stay at this beautiful home away from home was like no other. We most definitely had the time of our lives and cannot wait to return!!!

"Perfect.... Dinner night one in the nearby infamous " Gap" was welcomed after a long flight as was the return home to relaxation with a glass of wine and sounds of the outdoors, not the club scene which was only a 5 minute walk away. Sleep came easy after days in the sun on comfy beds and waking up with coffee on the patio watching birds explore the lime, mango and banana trees in this or the neighbouring yard. We were there over Easter weekend so with store closures, the close proximity to restaurants, grocery, even a coffee bar and of course not to mention a beautiful beach - all within walking distance was ideal. The house was cute and spacious and most importantly, spotless. The decor was what I imagined Barbados decor to be, lovely blue accents on light coloured furniture. This is a place that i would live in in a heartbeat. Already saving our coins to go back ;)"
