"Very clean, well equipped spacious apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lynne and Lyle were very welcoming helpful hosts. Everything you need is provided. Would highly recommend. Bus service is cheap and travels all over the island so a car isn't necessary. Enjoyed nearby Gibb's beach, less crowded. Oisten's fish fry was delicious. St. Nicholas Abbey is a must see. Great snorkeling (fish and turtles) at the coral reef, south end of Mullin's beach. Check out the bakery in nearby Speightstown for some yummy treats, only a short 20 minute walk. Watch for the monkeys crossing in front of the property early in the morning. Renting this property you certainly won't be disappointed. Thanks for all your help Lynne and Lyle."

"My family and I stayed at this villa for a total of 3 week in July/August 2014. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood within close proximity to some very good beaches, shops, transport etc. We found the
villa's description and facilities as advertised and was not disappointed. It was breezy and well maintained. The air-con in the bedrooms were much appreciated. We accepted the owner's kind offer of airport pick up which we also used on our returned. All in all, we had a nice holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone."

"My husband and I rented this fantastic home for our one week get-away. We love Barbados and have rented other houses previously. We really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and were quite pleased with it's close proximity to both Speightstown and to the main highway that runs up the centre of the island. We do recommend renting a vehicle. We cannot say enough nice things about Joyce - the property manager - who welcomed us upon our arrival like we were visiting family! Joyce checked in on us via phone a couple of times during the week to ensure we were doing well and that everything was satisfactory (in fact everything was amazingly great!) and said not to hesitate to contact her should we need anything. The absence of air-conditioning wasn't an issue at all. Ceiling fans, portable fans and screened windows were more than enough to keep things at a comfortable temperature while enabling us to listen to the birds in the morning and whistling frogs in the evening. Making the arrangements and "doing business" with Jacqueline was easy and a pleasure! We had no problems with the Wifi and easily kept in touch with everyone back home. Loved the covered patio/deck and often ate outside, or just sat enjoying an evening beverage. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return, next time with the kids in tow!"

“Tropical Pearl Offers Unforgettable Memories” – Simply awesome
"My husband and I would describe our stay at Tropical Pearl intriguing, relaxing and invigorating after coming from our hectic schedules and commuting in Toronto.
We arrived at this apartment on July 21st and stayed for one month. We were pleasantly surprised with the luscious surroundings of greenery and colours of red, lilac and yellow flowers which brought back pleasant memories of our honeymoon.
The apartment is very well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, cutlery etc. If there is something you require otherwise, you can ask Yvette or Ed and they will get it for you.
You will hear the birds chirping in the morning. You can also pick fruit of your choice and look at the tropical fish which includes tilapia in their five fish ponds. If you are lucky, you get your tilapia for dinner from the fish pond.
Yvette and Ed were very committed to making our stay as enjoyable as it was. We are already planning for next year’s trip.
We would definitely recommend persons seeking to get away from it all to stay at “Tropical Pearl”."
