  • Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

"This is a top notch villa and a great location. Marigot Bay is much sleepier than Rodney Bay area, with a lot of great bars and restaurants tucked into the hillside around the bay, which are easy to get to. If you are not a fan of the isolation of all inclusive, and really want to get a bit of diversity of experiences, this is a great choice. Large, very will kept villa, good kitchen, nice little slice of the bay view from the main balcony, and our own plunge pool, made this an outstanding choice! The hotel recently renovated the pools and the restaurant areas, so everything is top notch and the staff was so warm and friendly, Thanks Mary."

  • Spectacular getaway! This is the place to be in Puerto Rico!!!

"We stayed here for a week and this apartment is fantastic. Very comfortable and beautiful. A short walk to the beach, pools surrounding the villa, and the level of tranquility is unbelievable. We are definitely returning. I highly recommend this vacation spot!"

  • Gorgeous Vies and perfect beach

"BEAUTIFUL beach!!! The view was breath taking. Not a ton to do here so 50/50 on bringing kids, unless they are happy just relaxing. However, the waves were minimal and sand bars were amazing when the tide was out...you could walk out 1/2 mile or so and water to your ankles still (or below knees) so kids would really enjoy that and be safe still. Very, very expensive, but expected when on an island where stuff is shipped in. Bag of chips at store was $7.00, case of water $10-14 etc... pizza at Tipsy seagull was $40.00 for a large basic pizza. We went at a good time when there was really no one there, was like having the island to ourself!!!! I would definitely go back!!!! I would also stay in my same unit which was a 2nd floor unit. We did have an issue with the shower not working; they cam and fixed it within a day!!!!! Cookie was a tremendous help and very friendly!!!"

  • Absolutely Wonderful

"My boyfriend and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this villa. It is without doubt the best place we have stayed ever. The villa has the most unbelievable, breathtaking views you could imagine. Every morning we woke up, we were once again in awe. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook. There are multiple areas to lounge inside the villa and outside, to take in the picturesque scenes. The pool is absolutely perfect - it is private, surrounded by a garden, and there is enough room to actually swim around in. In regards to location, it is at the very northern tip of the island - Cap Estate/Gros Islet. Rodney Bay is nearby, which has a mall, grocery store, and TONS of restaurants and bars. The northern tip of the island in general has several nearby beaches, all of which are stunningly beautiful and take 5-10 minutes to get to. I would highly suggest renting a car for this villa, it will be more convenient and save you money overall. We took a day trip to Soufriere (about an hour and half each way). You drive down the West Coast, which is very scenic. Amazing view of the rain forest and coast. In Soufriere, we did the Tet Paul Nature Trail (views of the Pitons), Diamond Waterfall + Botantical Garden Walk, and Sulfur Springs + Mud Baths. When we finally got back to our villa that night, it felt like home. The house keeper, Brenda, is also very nice! I highly recommend staying here - we are a young couple but it would be great for a family, and really for anyone of all ages and interests. High remarks for privacy, views, and nearby restaurants and beaches. Wouldn't trade it for anything!"
