"Had a wonderful spring break at Villa Incommunicada, the villa provided several amenities for our big family and made arrival simple. We've arranged for golf carts and dinner the day we arrived but never imagined German and his team would pick us up from town to help escort us to the property and our luggage! We were so worried and scared how to navigate through Belize and having this help was really appreciated (specially us city folk not used to riding golf carts!). The home was warm and inviting and loved the AC units! The pool was a personal favorite as it was perfect throughout the day. The private pier and palapa was a crowd pleasure for sure.
Overall, what set the vacation apart was the attention to detail and care German, his crew, and family provided for us. Any tour questions we had we would go to him or maintenance issues such as insects (as the weather was very hot and humid, ideal for them), and trust me German's wife makes the best meals hands down. We've searched through San Pedro, Belize City, Caye Caulker and still could not find a place that beats her home made meals."

"We have stayed here twice now and love it. The location is fabulous, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping! Or if you prefer to drive, its easy distance to great locations. But actually, we just enjoy the balcony watching planes land and take off - it never gets old! We will absolutely be back!"

"We just got back from St John and stayed at Villa Andrea, this was our first house, we've done all from renting a boat to staying at resorts including Caneel Bay and the Westin and Westin Villas. We've been traveling to the Virgin Islands since 1999. St John is by far our favorite island to take kids. The Westin is best for say ages 4-9, but it's very pricy and the staff is luke warm at best there. This Villa has TONS of room, get for teens w downstairs area, we hardly saw them at night! You could have up to 6 kids EASY in this house. OR it would be great for 4 couples. I highly recommend renting a car, this Villa was easy to get to, but driving on St John is not for the novice, switch back roads can be scary. Once you arrive to this home, your breath is taken away by the views, theres a nice breeze, house is very open, pool is good size and deck is huge. Downtown Cruz bay is probably about a 7 minute drive and all of the grocery shopping you need is on St John. I called ahead and got an order for pick up on day of arrival to ease the stress of shopping on arrival night. House was clean, we had one issue w pool but within 2 hours of complaint someone came by and told us what to do. Management was always responsive with rental questions. The only other advise I would have is to consider renting a car in St Thomas, you can take the whole family round trip for $45 to and from STT to St John. This rental would be a great spacious perfectly situated place to bring teens or large families."

"We stayed at Wave Dance Jan14th-Feb 10th 2015.We were a large group and rented both units, 5 adults and 4 children (12,10,5,3). We loved our stay in the DR!! The house was clean and comftorble. Upon arrival we arranged Geoff and Peggy were very helpful with all ( and we had a lot) of questions! They helped us arrange pick up from the airport by Jose, we flew in to Santiago de los Caballeros, if you can avoid flying in to there i would do so!! I was a 1 1/2 hour drive to Cabarete. Puerto Plata is only 30 min away! We arrived at the house late evening and we were greeted by Peggy's assistant to show us around the house to get us settled which was very nice!, Jose also took us in tho Puerto Plata that night to grocery shop so nice!!! We chose to not rent a car while in the DR and it turned out just fine! Jose lent us a phone so we could call him to arrange travel as we needed. He took us on a day trip to the most wonderful beach, and let us stay all day and play!!There was a small grocery store right down the street that was fine for day to day things, and once a week we got a cab in to Puerto Plata. We would walk to town during to day on the beach or the street and it was fine,a little stressful on the street with the kids!! DO NOT walking al night!! I repeat DO NOT WALK AT NIGHT!! The house was very family friendly, all the doors to the pool area lock and the back top deck does not have assess to the ground floor, so we felt safe with the little ones! The house is in a gated comity and all the guars were so nice and friendly! We felt very safe! We we're a large group with lots of different interest so we went our own ways some days but we found a few things that all of us could do together, and all ages could participate! We went almost daily in the early evening to Kaiceitos Circus School, the kids LOVED it!! We took a day trip with Kayak River Adventures and it was one of the highlights of out trip!T hey picked up up in the morning and provided snacks and a dinner cooked by a family over a open fire that was to die for! This was a great adventure for all ages, we had ages from 65 to 3 and they all enjoyed it! These two things we're very affordable:) We all also enjoyed the horse back rides that are right on the beach! Our big splurge was Ocean Wold in Puerto Plata, we took the older kids to swim wit the dolphins and it was worth every penny!!It was a fun place!I think we had the most fun just hanging at the house at the pool and at the beach!WILL BE BACK!"
