"We enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and sat at the end of the dock watching the boats and fish. I spotted dolphins right off the dock! We loved the house, the big pool, the very private roof deck, the Jacuzzi on the roof deck, and the kayaks. There was plenty of room inside and out for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. One of my favorite spots was a lounge chair at the pool’s shallow end. When not snorkeling, kayaking, fishing or scuba diving, my husband dozed or read in the hammocks.
We snorkeled at Mexico Rocks and Hol Chan. Floating in the water with large rays and nurse sharks is beyond description! Unimaginable beauty! The guides were great and very attentive, and they seemed to delight in sharing their natural wildlife with us. Victor and Noemi (the caretakers) are just super great people. They love their work and love to help make guests feel welcome. They attended to our every need and we actually felt sad when we said goodbye! And booking was easy. Everyone was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and made us look forward to a great vacation. Now we understand why!"

Incredible sunrises; beautiful accommodations - A Perfect Vacation!
"A group of four were here in December and had a blast. The condo is lovely and fully stocked. The pool and the beach were both inviting and right out our front door. There are a couple of great restaurants and a great beach bar within walking distance that we enjoyed repeatedly, but we got a cart for our stay so we could shop and dine in town easily. Free cable TV and Internet were also available. Snorkeling tours and a Mayan Ruins trip left from our dock, so it was so easy to see and do everything we wanted to...booking was easy and Vicki was very responsive and accommodating."

"For our family's second trip to AC this condo was paradise. Location is perfect - easy Kayak access to Mexico Rocks, which we did almost daily- early morning or late evening for snorkeling without the tour crowds. The surrounding area is very quiet, perfect for beach strolls, and flats fishing. Alvin & Rosa were very helpful and accommodating of any request or providing local knowledge and advice to make our trip even more enjoyable. The condo and grounds were very well maintained. The kayaks and hammocks were put to use every day. The pool was clean and refreshing- although personally we spent more time snorkeling the ocean/reef, rather than in the pool. The condo itself was reasonably well appointed/furnished for our purposes-beds were very comfortable, and the veranda is a fantastic spot to begin the day with coffee or end the evening with a Belikin! Fishing off the dock with Alvin and Alyssa was a delightful- almost nightly ritual. We plan on returning to AC, and when we do, Diamond Reef will be our first choice for lodging."

"Brianna's Beach House was fantastic, great location, clean, fully stocked and had every amenity we needed. We took advantage of the beach right in front of the house, sat on the deck looking out over the ocean drinking coffee and/or wine, and took little walks to beachside cafes and bars. Having the bikes was a big plus for getting quickly anywhere we needed to go. Also was great for taking advantage of the tours with Searious Adventures. Highly recommend this beachside paradise."
