"This condo and resort is amazing! From the moment you arrive on this property, you know you are in paradise. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. This condo is the best unit on the property. The location alone, beachfront, close to the pool and bar, but amazingly quiet, would be enough. However, then you enter the condo and are amazed by the views, decorations and wonderful bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. We ate at the resort restaurant, Rain, twice during our stay. Both times, the food was wonderful! We used the exercise room and always had it all to ourselves. The concierge was extremely helpful and helped us book several snorkel trips and a mainland trip. One of our favorite places was happy hour at the swim up pool bar. You must ask Junior to make you a Buen Amigo. He is a great asset to that bar, always attentive and very polite. We spent most of our mornings on the swim platform of the dock. We loved the ladder access to the water and enjoyed snorkeling around the dock when we weren't on the reef. We highly recommend renting a kayak and paddling out to one of the buoys near the reef to snorkel. Some of our favorite restaurants offsite were: Blue Water Grille on the beach in San Pedro, Palapas for a casual dinner and drinks, Elvi's Kitchen in town, and Pirates Treasure for lionfish after seeing them on the reef. We recommend renting a golf cart for all or part of your vacation. It is great to have access to town and to explore other parts of the island. The only downside to the whole trip was that darn seaweed that constantly washes up on shore. The maintenance crew work hard everyday to clear it. Luckily, when you are swimming off the dock, or near the reef, it isn't an issue. We definitely will be back to visit Belize and this great condo."

"We found this property perfectly located 20 minutes away from downtown San Pedro. Just a short water taxi ride away. The treehouse was furnished perfectly with an amazing balcony. We loved the house, we loved the care taker and his son, we loved the weather and the breeze, we loved the diving and snorkeling. I just cant find enough words to tell you how much we loved this vacation. One of my favorite things about the house was the water system, only provided by rainwater storage. I have never felt cleaner after a shower, and my hair has never felt healthier than it did with that water. We fished every other day and had wonderful dinners at the house. We also went out to dinner a few times, however the meals were quite expensive that way.
If I were to say anything negative about this location, it would only be that everything is quite a walk away, with very few options for meals. I loved the remoteness, however I would rent a golf cart next time for easier transportation.
We will be back!"

"I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that we had such a wonderful time at your Ambergris Caye vacation home, Casa Amarillo. What a beautiful place! We just got home late last night, and we all wish we could have spent more time there. I would definitely recommend your lovely home to anyone thinking of visiting the island. There were 6 in our family and we rented both floors. Worked out perfectly. We had our 4 boys (late teens, early 20's) on the first floor, and my husband & I had the second floor to ourselves. The people on the island are extremely friendly, and the views are simply breathtaking. Robert & Marfa were wonderful and very warm and friendly. They were there to help us out anytime we needed anything, which was such a relief for us. Just knowing they were there helped us all to relax and enjoy everything. Marfa's salsa was delicious & we requested it several times. Robert's sister even came to the house to do corn row braids on my son's hair. And when our golf carts had some issues with a broken part, Robert was right there to get them replaced immediately. Robert keeps the property looking beautiful, especially the pool. The pool was sparkling and clean every single day. You certainly have a winning team to take care of the home and grounds! They helped everything to run smoothly so that we could kick back & relax.
Thank you again for opening your home to visitors. Our boys had a great time, and there was good family bonding time. We did a snorkeling trip & fishing/lunch trip with your neighbor's guide service. Eddie & Edgar were great, and very friendly. My boys got to spear lobster, which they then cooked up in an unbelievably delicious lunch for us on a private beach. We saw a nurse shark, sting ray and crocodile right off the house's dock! (That was awesome!) We visited the Mayan ruins at the south end, and explored all the way up to the north end of the island. Wanted to do more, but we just ran out of time. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there!

"We had a great vacation in a tropical paradise! The house was perfect for us, with plenty of space and accommodations for eight of us. We snorkeled right around the dock at the house, where we saw a few rays, schools of fish, and even a needle fish. Lounging on the veranda or around the infinity edge pool was fabulous. We marveled at the fantastic sunrises and looked forward to the shooting stars at night! The kitchen was very well equipped with good appliances and cookware to cook for and serve our entire group, when we felt like it. And, when we wanted to experience the local cuisine or bars, there were fun places with great food within a short distance up or down the beach. When we went on excursions to experience some of the amazing local dive spots, the friendly team at SeaDuced picked us up at our dock, showed us a great time diving at some of the best dive spots on the magnificent local barrier reef then returned us back again at the end of the day. Their trip to the mainland for cave tubing and zip-lining was great! And don’t miss their catamaran day trip – it was wonderfully relaxing with a great beach barbecue tucked in the middle!
It was easy to quickly feel at home and on vacation in this beautiful villa nestled in a beautiful setting with very friendly and helpful people. We lived in paradise for a week!"
