"This condo and resort is amazing! From the moment you arrive on this property, you know you are in paradise. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. This condo is the best unit on the property. The location alone, beachfront, close to the pool and bar, but amazingly quiet, would be enough. However, then you enter the condo and are amazed by the views, decorations and wonderful bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. We ate at the resort restaurant, Rain, twice during our stay. Both times, the food was wonderful! We used the exercise room and always had it all to ourselves. The concierge was extremely helpful and helped us book several snorkel trips and a mainland trip. One of our favorite places was happy hour at the swim up pool bar. You must ask Junior to make you a Buen Amigo. He is a great asset to that bar, always attentive and very polite. We spent most of our mornings on the swim platform of the dock. We loved the ladder access to the water and enjoyed snorkeling around the dock when we weren't on the reef. We highly recommend renting a kayak and paddling out to one of the buoys near the reef to snorkel. Some of our favorite restaurants offsite were: Blue Water Grille on the beach in San Pedro, Palapas for a casual dinner and drinks, Elvi's Kitchen in town, and Pirates Treasure for lionfish after seeing them on the reef. We recommend renting a golf cart for all or part of your vacation. It is great to have access to town and to explore other parts of the island. The only downside to the whole trip was that darn seaweed that constantly washes up on shore. The maintenance crew work hard everyday to clear it. Luckily, when you are swimming off the dock, or near the reef, it isn't an issue. We definitely will be back to visit Belize and this great condo."

"We spent 11 wonderful days and nights. At arrival we were welcomed with fresh juice from the fruit stand, some freshly baked bread from the baker and coconut brownies. Everything was as promised and even much better. The Casita is a quality place, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Maid service was excellent and even included our personal laundry; hotels would charge you "an arm and a leg". Eldon the groundskeeper was very friendly and helpful with the adventure tours to choose. Cookie the dog was keeping us company on the estate's own beach and even went swimming with us. The restaurants on the island are quality, especially Black Orchid which is just a driving minute away. The tips we got from Wolfgang for local cuisine were head on: The lobster burrito at Pupuseria, what a deal !!
Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

"There was a group of 12 of us coming from different places and everyone had a great time at the house. First, I think the place itself was probably a little nicer than the pics - very spacious, lots of bedrooms for different couples/families, etc.. So it worked out well for multiple families. I think location is nice as well since its on the southside which is generally quieter.
What made the trip very enjoyable for us was Eddie & Ralph. They were with us whenever we needed them and helped us plan out our activities and was patient with the different opinions from the varying group members. Eddie and George were able to do a personalized snorkel/dive trip that accommodated all of the swim levels which was nice. Eddie also helped us immensely with all the basics (golf carts, groceries, etc..).
We had one of the A/Cs go out in one of the rooms and Ralph spent 1/2 a day with an electrician making sure it was working for us the next night. Very awesome! Eddie - thanks again for all the help; we really enjoyed our trip.
Probably the only downside was that there was no beachfront to walk on or place to swim in the ocean (very dirty/seaweed heavy, etc..). I think most places on the island are like that, but it would have been nice to be able to swim.
Definitely highly recommend the place for larger groups and"

"We found this property perfectly located 20 minutes away from downtown San Pedro. Just a short water taxi ride away. The treehouse was furnished perfectly with an amazing balcony. We loved the house, we loved the care taker and his son, we loved the weather and the breeze, we loved the diving and snorkeling. I just cant find enough words to tell you how much we loved this vacation. One of my favorite things about the house was the water system, only provided by rainwater storage. I have never felt cleaner after a shower, and my hair has never felt healthier than it did with that water. We fished every other day and had wonderful dinners at the house. We also went out to dinner a few times, however the meals were quite expensive that way.
If I were to say anything negative about this location, it would only be that everything is quite a walk away, with very few options for meals. I loved the remoteness, however I would rent a golf cart next time for easier transportation.
We will be back!"
