  • Very relaxing 40th wedding anniversary !!!!!!

"The entire Caye Villas compound is very well laid out and landscaped beautifully. Our villa was very clean, spacious and super functional with all the amenities you could ask for. Our caretaker David was professional, friendly, helpful and took very good care of us from arrival to departure. We purchased supplies from San Pedro stores and the Mata Grocery directly behind our villa, which was super convenient! Our nights out at the local restaurants were fabulous as well. The ONLY negative was the beach! An untimely sea grass invasion lined the entire eastern shore and smelled as it decomposed."

  • Awesome!

"Four of us spent 9 day's at Casa B'Alam. It was the moist relaxing vacation ever. We rented a golf cart and drove to town several times and to several different restaurants. We also took advantage of the kayak and paddled out to Mexico Rocks for some unbelievable snorkeling with the sharks and rays. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for cooking great meals right at home! The pier has WiFi and is a perfect place to enjoy the tropical breeze. There is a place called Jamal Jerk which is a 5 minute walk north and Dan makes the best drinks and has some of the best food on the island! He will also cook up your catch the very same day you catch it...so wonderful. We will be back!"

  • Belizing The Dream

"We were a group of 6 who had been planning this vacation (bucket list for a few of us) for 2+ yrs. From the time we decided on the house, Randy, the owner, was very accommodating with answers to our many questions. As we came from various corners of the world, we arrived exhausted, but Victor, the caretaker, was welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. We had arranged for his lovely and kind wife, Noemi, to cook us dinner on our arrival, which allowed us to decompress from our journey. The house was exactly like the photos and we loved it. On several nights, we watched the never ending, sky full of stars, on the roof top deck while sitting in the hot tub. The worst part of the whole trip was leaving the following Sunday. One week is not long enough! Thanks Randy, Victor & Noemi, for adding to our experience. We will be back!"

  • Great house just too far north

"We stayed last week for a work retreat, and the house was great!! Lots of privacy, excellent caretakers, great common space, and they provide everything you need. However, we were led to believe it was "just north" of San Pedro, when in reality it is a few miles into town. Also, the pool was leaking (listened to a jackhammer one entire afternoon) and the hot tub only worked if Martin rigged it. But the worst part is the bugs. Our entire crew was eaten alive, and we wore bug spray every single day. This isn't necessarily the owners fault (although maybe fog would help?), but wanted to make people aware."
