"Just spent a week in San Pedro at Sunset Beach #A6 and our stay couldn't have been any better. Condo unit was great with everything we needed. Great location as short distance away from town and felt secure and safe entire visit. Visited at low season and loved the timing with less traffic everywhere we went. Onsite caretaker was great and we saw him everyday on the property for anything we needed or questions we had. Notebook in the condo has lots of great info. Tour company across the street took such good care of us on the excursions we took while there (reef fishing, snorkeling, Mayan ruins and cave tubing), and their guides were top notch. Thanks so much! Tom & Julie"Guest: Julie N Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 14, 2014View listing
"We are ending our week's vacation at this beautiful condo and hate to leave. I am sitting on the large balcony looking out to sea and the view is amazing. The condo is close and convenient to everything, being right beside town but very secure. There is a locked gate on the ground floor so only guests can access. The maid and property managers were very attentive and the condo is spacious and cosy. We used the company right at the front of the condo for a snorkelling excursion and they were great. It is wonderful to have the beach at your doorstep. I would definitely highly recommend this spot. We rented a golf cart one day to explore the island but the rest of the week we walked everywhere that we wanted to go. We loved the Blue Water Grill for eating on the beach just a 2 min walk down the beach. We felt very safe walking on the beach, even at night!!! Can't wait to come back."Guest: Heather C. "Our group of 3 couples stayed in the downstairs apartment of Casa Caracol November 21-Nov 29. It was our first trip to Belize, and Ambergris Caye. Phil was very responsive to my emails during the months leading up to our visit. We had him book our flights from Belize City to San Pedro. He met us at the San Pedro airport as promised, and upon our arrival at the house he went over things we should know, which was very helpful. If you listen to his instructions you should have no problems. The house was very clean and inviting, and had everything we needed. We did not do any cooking, as many restaurants and roadside stands were inexpensive, easy and close. We were surprised to see golf carts and other vehicles driving on the beach in front of the house, though it really did not cause any problems for us. The bar next door was really nice... good food and cold beers at reasonable prices. It did get a little loud at night sometimes, so be aware if you are a light sleeper. We used the 2 person kayak and Phil gave us some important instructions before we went to insure our safety. Phil arranged a snorkel trip for us that was fantastic! He also arranged for golf carts when we were ready. He accumulated those charges and we paid him at the end of our stay, which was convenient. He was very responsive to any questions or anything we needed during our stay. We had a lot of fun exploring and riding around on our golf carts. The beach was not the best for lounging, though that didn't stop us ;). We floated in our rafts right in front of the house, and there are lots of creatures to be found in the sea grasses. The locals are very friendly and helpful."Guest: Laurie C. Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 10, 2014View listing
"Well we just got back from a 7 day stay in this amazing home. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Orlando was a great, real friendly and helpful. We went with one other couple and everyone agrees it was the best vacation they have had. I highly recommend staying at this house, Kelli and Rob are a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and professional service. We booked a sailing and snorkel trip through Seaduced which picked us up right at the Palapa bar then took us to town where we got on a catamaran then we sailed to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and did some snorkelling then off to Shark and Ray Alley where we swam with sharks and rays then we sailed to Caye Caulker where we explored the island for 2 hours and had lunch. We then jumped back on the boat and sailed back to San Pedro. Another great thing to do is rent some bicycles and head north or south (we did both) and just explore. It was an unforgettable time, we are already thinking about going back!"Guest: Marklar Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 6, 2014View listing
