  • Paradise!

"Wow! Truly paradise. This is the best..the view..awesome. We loved the condo. We cooked often, the kitchen was full of many kitchen cooking needs. Nice places to eat out if you don't want to cook, walkable. Golf cart is necessary. Clean, fresh and fun! We will return."

  • Fabulous time at Villa Adagio

"We had never been to Ambergris Caye so didn't know exactly our needs. We were so happy when we settled into Villa Adagio because it was perfect for us! Beautiful, spacious house on the sea, with every last detail taken care of by Dennis. Most importantly was the assistance of Florencio and Camille. With good cheer and intimate knowledge of the island - and personal connections - they guided us to a wonderful time. Florencio is truly capable. We will remember our week here fondly."

  • Amazing! Best vacation ever says my son :)

"Arriving via Water Taxi in San Pedro we were surprised to find out that Felix and Anna had arranged taxi's to pick us up at the dock. I had not previously discussed my arrival plans, but was very happy when the Taxi drivers met us as soon as we stepped off the boat, handled our luggage and took us to the Villa. The villa is as advertised, spacious, and easily accommodated the 12 people in our party. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The AC in each room worked very well to keep us cool at night and sleeping well. We already miss the good sleep we got in those comfy rooms!! The kitchens were stocked prior to us arriving with the items we requested the week prior. We had plenty of adult beverages, breakfast and lunch items...plus snacks. There was never any shortage of cooking utensils, pans or dishware for the 12 of us. The pool was cleaned and sand was raked daily. The staff is always available when you need them, but not in the way when you are relaxing. Every request is met with smile and a sense of urgency. I never felt like I was asking for a favor or my request was over the top. Make sure you get golf carts for trips into town. They will have them ready for you at the house when you arrive. We often drove to town for dinner or a night out. Make sure you eat at Lone Star Grill and Cantina which is just down the street from the Villa. Exceptional food and service. Say hi to the owners Marc and Leanne for us!! Snorkeling on the reef just minutes from the house was great (Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, Mexico Rocks). We saw plenty of fish, turtles, nurse sharks, sting rays, spotted eagle rays, and eel's. It was a snorkelers dream!! ....Amazing!! We also had a great time with our trip to the Lamanai Ruins. We had the most amazing time and even prior to leaving my family had already proclaimed this vacation as the best one we had ever taken. Pat and Natalie(owners).....we are already planning a trip back!!"

  • CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK...

"Just spent a week in San Pedro at Sunset Beach #A6 and our stay couldn't have been any better. Condo unit was great with everything we needed. Great location as short distance away from town and felt secure and safe entire visit. Visited at low season and loved the timing with less traffic everywhere we went. Onsite caretaker was great and we saw him everyday on the property for anything we needed or questions we had. Notebook in the condo has lots of great info. Tour company across the street took such good care of us on the excursions we took while there (reef fishing, snorkeling, Mayan ruins and cave tubing), and their guides were top notch. Thanks so much! Tom & Julie"
