  • AMAZING from A to Z!

"We stayed in the house for 9 nights/10 days in March of 2015 and had a wonderful time. The house was everything it showed to be in the photos but they can't show the real ambiance, the sounds, the smell of the sea, and the goodness of the owner and her niece's company that manages the property--SEAduced by Belize. It can't show how beautiful a stroll you can have down the beach to the Palapa Bar to the north or to San Pedro to the south. If I ever to to Belize again, I hope I can manage to stay in SEAcluded Sands."

  • View the Blue - Great quick get away

"We rented the house from 08/17-22 for a quick getaway. Just like previous reviewers, we really enjoyed it being our first time to Belize. We were a little worried about the weather but it turned out great. Here's the pros and cons about the house: Pros: roomy, good enough for 12 people. great ocean front view, private, reasonable price. You gotta go with the Suya tour. Carlos and his crew provides a very personal service and willing to work with you to make you happy. Victor, Ana's property assistant is very professional and courteous. George, the taxi driver is very helpful too. Cons: downstair cooktop and refrigerator is not working (Victor, Ana's assistant said he'll fix it the next day but never did) but not a big deal since we can use the upstairs one. The outdoor floodlight did not work but we manage to fix it ourselves. Pool light didn't work. We told the care taker the next day but he doesn't seem to speak english. The pool has several nice coconut trees to provide shade and add a nice touch to the pool. However, it also blocks the oceanfront view. Therefore you can't enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the second floor balcony. There are a lot of mosquitoes even though we brought repellent. It would be nice if caretaker can spray them (we saw the foggy smoke repellent tool in the utility room). It would be nice if we can use the two old bikes in the utility room. There's no hammocks as stated in the description. It would be wonderful if the local phone call is included. Here's what we would recommend for first time renters: - First day, get a golf cart to explore the town. - 2nd day: go on fishing/snorkeling with Suya tour (we caught quite a bit of fishes and lobsters for dinner) - The cave tubing/zip line is so so. The cave tubing is a little disappointed since we didn't get to do anything. The tour guy just pulled us through the whole time. The kids enjoy the zipline more. - Fishing trip if you love fishing. Carlos will take you to his secret fishing places :) Despite a few little things about the place, we did have a wonderful time. We definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone."

  • RELAXING RETREAT

"Accomodations were clean and well furished with plenty of room. View and surroundings were beautiful. Chris was most helpful - meeting us at the airport and getting us to the home - also was extremely helpful in assisting with additional travel to Placencia when we requested assistance. Antonio, the caretaker, and his son were very attentive and friendly. We learned alot about the island culture from him. a wonderful experience."
