"We recently stayed at this condo in June 2015. It was perfect for 2 couples as we rented both condos for privacy but yet could be together as much as want. The owners were very cooperative and helpful with helping us make our decision. We have been to San Pedro many times and have always commented that this would be one of the condos that we would choose if we stayed at Paradise Villas. Location is prime for groceries, fruit stands. walking to town, bars, restaurants, and relaxation. Ms Nellie was awesome and even brought me flowers and coconut tarts for my birthday. The staff was amazing and took excellent care of us. Pool was refreshing and close to condo to make food or rum runs. Security was available and we were very comfortable at anytime of day and night. We met lots of new people at the pool and found lots of local favorite places to eat since we were right close to town. The owners have a diamond in this condo and we will definitely look to book next June again. Thanks for the experience. Even tho we have been to San Pedro many times this was the best experience yet."

"The house is beautiful. The balcony is amazing, the pool is great, rooms are fantastic size, you get two kitchens...there is a lot to like. Abner is helpful and very friendly (as was everyone we met). Brittany was responsive throughout in planning the trip. Chris was really helpful in getting us to and from San Pedro. The resort (Porto Fino) is a nice resource for activities (diving, snorkeling...if you are a diver, make sure to insist on a Wall Dive-- Mexico Rocks Canyon is really great).
There are some quirks to staying here. Be aware the getting here takes some doing-- you have to take either a plan or a boat from Belize City to San Pedro, and then another boat that takes you right to your own dock. Not a problem; just know that's coming. There was a problem with the pipes while we were there. The team did a great job of fixing the problem quickly. The water got all over the floor and we had to use a bunch of towels to clean it up. We were told that we were going to get a complimentary cleaning because of this inconvenience, but nobody ever came.
The carts were great to have, but came with some quirks as well. They have a hard time when it is muddy and wet on the dirt road that is used for travel. They stall out, and you have to dry the spark plugs to get them restarted. Riding the roads was fun for our group, but it is muddy and stinky, with potential to stall out or get stuck. It would be nice if the cart company would provide more instruction on how to use the carts. When we got there, there were two carts waiting, as promised. However, neither would start and we had to get somebody to come out. They had to replace one of the carts (they had to replace one again later in the trip) and finally got the other going. They then tied to collect more than 125% of the price that I was quoted by Brittany for the carts. I was able to do some negotiation, but be ready for some haggling.
Overall, the trip was beautiful and full of adventure. I would certainly recommend staying here if you don't mind being off the beaten path a little bit."

"My husband, our 16 year old, her friend and I spent 2 weeks exploring Belize and staying at Sunset Point. Sadly the seaweed was abundant this year and we were unable to hang out at any beaches while there. However we were not at a lack for things to do. The girls spent their quiet time at the tiki hut on the water at the condo for their quiet time as opposed to the beach and my husband and I enjoyed the pool and the views from the condo and the crows nest. Our first week was spent on jungle adventures: monkey river cruise, swimming at the blue hole, Cockscomb, Bocawina and Xunantunich. The second week was spent on the water snorkeling, exploring the cayes and sailing. Placencia is a fun time and the food was good and incredibly reasonable. Although we planned to eat in the condo frequently, we wound up eating out more often. Wonderful time. The condo was clean, pretty and very comfortable for the 4 of us although it could use a bit of updating."

"The quiet, but convenient, location of Villa Natalia was just what our family needed for a long weekend away from our usual duties as proprietors of jungle resort near San Ignacio, Belize. The gorgeous decor, the thoughtfully appointed kitchen, the comfy beds and sofa made us feel at home away from home. And let's talk about the beach--FANTASTIC!!! Just steps and we were standing with our tired feet in the still blue waters of the Caribbean Sea! The pool was a fabulous bonus, as well. Super clean and with water at the perfect temperature, it allowed our three-year-old to work on his swimming technique and have fun swimming without his floaties for the first time ever! We completely enjoyed every bit of our stay at Villa Natalia, especially the great care that was given to us from start to finish: Thanks to George & Jody for sharing their penthouse and answering all our questions right away with tons of info to make our stay so great, to Trish their property manager for working with us to make sure we got to and from the airstrip easily, to Junior their driver for giving us a nice tour of the south end of the island, and to Armando & Angela the caretakers who took care of the property and our little family, too! We will be recommending this spacious accommodation to everyone we know headed to San Pedro and can't wait to come back ourselves!"
