"The condo was perfect and couldn't have been better for our vacation. The location is great - a little bit more in the neighborhood section away from the center of town, which we really liked. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the center and there are a few great bars along the beach nearby. We rented a golf cart because we liked exploring further away areas, especially the North end. But it was nice to be near the center and have walkable options as well. The pool was great. The view is stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning. The kitchen and living room are well accommodated. The rooms were good sized and the beds were comfortable. The condo is exactly as pictured. The property manager was very helpful and prompt with responses. A great & top recommended dive shop, Chuck & Robbies, is close, just a 7 minute walk along the beach. And there is an affordable and well stocked grocery store right at the corner of the street - just outside the condo. We will be looking to stay here again!"

Go Slow So That You Have Time To Enjoy Amanda's Place
"There were 8 people that stayed for 2 weeks at Amanda's Place and everyone had a good time and enjoyed the hospitality of the island. Actually one couple ended up adopting a little dog from the shelter who had a tough journey in his life. Amanda was real helpful in expediting his trip back to the states. Amanda was real helpful with any other questions or needs that we had. The two weeks went fast but was pleasant for the most part. The pool was a plus too. We all spent a lot of time around there.
The only negative things that we noticed was the noise late at night since her place was right on the street. The blinds in the bedrooms really didn't block out the light from the streets. Could use a little updating of kitchen pots and pans. Overall, the place was enjoyable and we would stay there again."

"This condo and resort is amazing! From the moment you arrive on this property, you know you are in paradise. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. This condo is the best unit on the property. The location alone, beachfront, close to the pool and bar, but amazingly quiet, would be enough. However, then you enter the condo and are amazed by the views, decorations and wonderful bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. We ate at the resort restaurant, Rain, twice during our stay. Both times, the food was wonderful! We used the exercise room and always had it all to ourselves. The concierge was extremely helpful and helped us book several snorkel trips and a mainland trip. One of our favorite places was happy hour at the swim up pool bar. You must ask Junior to make you a Buen Amigo. He is a great asset to that bar, always attentive and very polite. We spent most of our mornings on the swim platform of the dock. We loved the ladder access to the water and enjoyed snorkeling around the dock when we weren't on the reef. We highly recommend renting a kayak and paddling out to one of the buoys near the reef to snorkel. Some of our favorite restaurants offsite were: Blue Water Grille on the beach in San Pedro, Palapas for a casual dinner and drinks, Elvi's Kitchen in town, and Pirates Treasure for lionfish after seeing them on the reef. We recommend renting a golf cart for all or part of your vacation. It is great to have access to town and to explore other parts of the island. The only downside to the whole trip was that darn seaweed that constantly washes up on shore. The maintenance crew work hard everyday to clear it. Luckily, when you are swimming off the dock, or near the reef, it isn't an issue. We definitely will be back to visit Belize and this great condo."

"We cannot say enough great things about Villa Natalia, the owner (George) and Caye Management for making our trip memorable and easy. From the initial inquiry, George was beyond helpful in planning our first trip to San Pedro fielding ALL of our various and numerous questions and keeping in regular communication for the months prior to our trip.
We took our 8 and 5 year old girls and the trip was a breeze thanks to the employees at Caye Management. They assisted with booking our flights to the island, renting our golf cart and arranging for Junior to pick us up and take us to the airport.
Once we arrived at Villa Natalia, we were in love with the condo and location. As everyone else states, the décor is amazing, the location is secluded, but close enough to the city and had amenities close by (tiny convenience store and a couple of restaurants). The pool was perfect for our kids and we enjoyed snorkeling off the end of the pier. We even ventured out a bit with the kayak thanks to Armando's help!
During our stay there happened to be a big issue with sargassum seaweed that was washing up on the shore constantly. I only bring it up to note our appreciation that George emailed me about it prior to our departure and gave me a heads up. This is not typical for the area, but was caused by the storms in the Caribbean during the time. It was affecting all coastline for hundreds of miles. We appreciated the warning since the smell was surprising, but was a MINOR inconvenience. Thankfully there was a pleasant breeze throughout our trip to deflect a bit. We still enjoyed lunch on the balcony and our time at the pool. We just didn't go into the ocean from the beach, just the end of the pier.
We also took advantage of a few excursions and loved the convenience of being picked up at our dock. The girls got a kick out of that too.
While we were there (for 10 days) any request or question we had was handled and answered very timely by either George (via email) or Caye Management (via phone or email). Having a land line and Wifi at the condo was very helpful in planning excursions and checking out our next dinner location.
I'm not sure when we'll get back, but we will definitely be staying here when we do!"
