"We recently stayed at this condo in June 2015. It was perfect for 2 couples as we rented both condos for privacy but yet could be together as much as want. The owners were very cooperative and helpful with helping us make our decision. We have been to San Pedro many times and have always commented that this would be one of the condos that we would choose if we stayed at Paradise Villas. Location is prime for groceries, fruit stands. walking to town, bars, restaurants, and relaxation. Ms Nellie was awesome and even brought me flowers and coconut tarts for my birthday. The staff was amazing and took excellent care of us. Pool was refreshing and close to condo to make food or rum runs. Security was available and we were very comfortable at anytime of day and night. We met lots of new people at the pool and found lots of local favorite places to eat since we were right close to town. The owners have a diamond in this condo and we will definitely look to book next June again. Thanks for the experience. Even tho we have been to San Pedro many times this was the best experience yet."

"We stayed at the Main Stay for a week, during the holidays. My boyfriend and I really found it romantic, magical and so accommodating. The staff is remarkable; everyone really makes you feel safe and really allows you to have a very relaxing stay. We had the beach all to ourselves and when shared with the other visitors, everyone was so welcoming & amazing. It still felt exclusive & private. We felt like we were with family on a grandeurs vacation. We cooked every morning on the outdoor grill found on the wrap around porch while listening to the sounds of the birds & drinking fresh coconuts, right of the tree.
This place truly is very magical. For the price, it’s incredible how special, private, peaceful, and grand it is. There is a very expensive spa up the road that charges a ridiculous amount of money, but they do not have a private magical beach as we did, with inclusive use of canoes, kayaks & bikes. The Main Stay is “the” place to stay when heading for Belize.
It is simple, and absolutely perfect, just as any vacation should be. We cannot wait to plan our next trip!"

"Our family ritual is to go someplace warm over winter break. Our dear departed grandmother started this practice many years ago and we have diligently carried it forward. We have been to Hawaii, (a couple of times) California, and gone on a couple of cruises. (not the children's favorite) We have never ventured outside of the U.S. on our own but decided to give Belize a try. We are very glad we did.
To start with the house was great. As shown and as described on the web site, although; we think the owners could have done a bit more bragging about the sleeping arrangements as the beds were very comfortable, something we don't usually find in rental houses. Yvonne was very helpful with pre-trip information. She even sent us very detailed driving directions from Belize City to the house including points of interest along the route. (rest areas, gas stops, places to grab a bite to eat, etc.) Lus (the house care taker) deserves a pat on the back as our plane was delayed a few hours coming in but she was at the house with a big smile to greet us on our arrival. She was also available during the week if needed but not a snooper, a troubling experience we have had in the past.
The weather could not have been better. It rained a few times during the night but the days were sunny and warm. (85º to 90º) Just what us northerners needed. We didn't even find it necessary to use the A/C as the breeze off the ocean was more than enough to cool things down at night.
We did a few touristy things but it was just as much fun to hang out at the house, swim in the pool or ocean and cook up some steaks on the outdoor grille.
We would highly recommend Seabreezevilla if you are in search of an excellent vacation."

"We found this property perfectly located 20 minutes away from downtown San Pedro. Just a short water taxi ride away. The treehouse was furnished perfectly with an amazing balcony. We loved the house, we loved the care taker and his son, we loved the weather and the breeze, we loved the diving and snorkeling. I just cant find enough words to tell you how much we loved this vacation. One of my favorite things about the house was the water system, only provided by rainwater storage. I have never felt cleaner after a shower, and my hair has never felt healthier than it did with that water. We fished every other day and had wonderful dinners at the house. We also went out to dinner a few times, however the meals were quite expensive that way.
If I were to say anything negative about this location, it would only be that everything is quite a walk away, with very few options for meals. I loved the remoteness, however I would rent a golf cart next time for easier transportation.
We will be back!"
