  • Simply Wonderful!

"Where should I start? Everything about Angel's Landing is exactly as depicted. The house is clean and airy with great views. We were here for 12 days and made use of the pool everyday and rarely ventured off site except to replenish some supplies,as we had everything we needed (pool and the beautiful Caribbean)!.We had friends stay with us for a few days and they loved it as well. We enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to get away from it all and just relax. On one of our foray's off the property we went to Habenero's Restaurant at Robert's Grove and enjoyed a great meal and views of the marina and lagoon. Lus (caretaker) is a jewel and was so friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected due to flight delays and she was such a welcoming presence when we finally arrived. Lus made our last night at Angel's Landing so special by bringing us a home cooked fish dinner(freshly caught). All this because my husband had inquired as to where we could purchase some fresh fish. Truly the perfect end to a perfect vacation!. Thank You so much."

  • A Marvelous Week!

"Our week-long stay at Casa Laguna Vista was marvelous as was our time in the wonderful little country of Belize. We totally enjoyed the lovely house with all of its amenities. Everything was as advertised. The home is "like new" and very well appointed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen very much. The front and back porches were much used. We definitely plan to return to Belize and again make Casa Laguna Vista our base for sightseeing."

  • Nicest Place to stay in the village!

"The condo was as described and was overall what we expected. It was just enough room. The master bedroom was very spacious, but the living area and other bedroom were a bit cramped for us. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and 1 baby. Our kids were scared to sleep in the loft as it was soo high and dark, but they enjoyed playing there during the day. I was pleased with the view and the niceness of the place, but there were a few things that 'bugged' us. It's in the details. There were 2 door handles that were faulty, one on the 2nd bdrm and the other on the main bathroom. This made privacy a bit of an issue. We did tell the caretaker. He said he would fix it the next day, but he never came by to actually do so. The caretakers were great with everything else though. They set up excursions with Alfred (who is wonderful btw) and hooked us up with a great taxi driver, Walter (highly recommended). Rosa (caretaker's wife) watched our kids in the pool for us a couple of afternoons. Their kids were great at including our kids in activities and playing with them. Back to the condo, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The best one in the condo was the pullout sofa. The coffee maker was sketchy. It would work sometimes when it felt like it. The rest of the condo was great. The showers were hot, the a/c worked wonderful, and the pool/grounds were beautiful. My father-in-law loved the crow's nest (except for the raccoon poop) and the dock by the ocean. We all enjoyed snorkeling off the dock (easy access) in the ocean. It is sea grass, but we saw some small barracuda and tiny bait fish. We also discovered coral hiding among the sea grass. It was great to introduce our kids to their first time snorkeling. We saw lots of the other cabanas and 'hotels'. We picked the right place and the best place to stay! I hope the caretakers and owner fix the little inconveniences to make the place absolutely perfect. It also would have been nice to know that it is on the second floor as my mother-in-law has a hard time with stairs, but we managed."
