"We spent one week at Oasis and loved it! The unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the gadgets and utensils you would need, including a blender for frozen drinks on the balcony! The king beds in each room were quite comfortable, and we all slept great! Even though there were only four of us, the extra space of having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms was really nice... We were able to really relax and enjoy the condo in the spacious living and dining areas, but each had our own private space for sleeping and getting ready each day. The housekeeper, Lupe, did a great job on her visits (every other day), including washing a load of laundry for us. The location was also wonderful... Not far at all from the heart of San Pedro town, and right off the water. Our scuba center even picked us up in a boat at a dock right next to the condo! There are numerous bars, restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity as well. I would return here in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it!"

"We found this property perfectly located 20 minutes away from downtown San Pedro. Just a short water taxi ride away. The treehouse was furnished perfectly with an amazing balcony. We loved the house, we loved the care taker and his son, we loved the weather and the breeze, we loved the diving and snorkeling. I just cant find enough words to tell you how much we loved this vacation. One of my favorite things about the house was the water system, only provided by rainwater storage. I have never felt cleaner after a shower, and my hair has never felt healthier than it did with that water. We fished every other day and had wonderful dinners at the house. We also went out to dinner a few times, however the meals were quite expensive that way.
If I were to say anything negative about this location, it would only be that everything is quite a walk away, with very few options for meals. I loved the remoteness, however I would rent a golf cart next time for easier transportation.
We will be back!"

"This was the perfect venue for rest and relaxation from a high pressure career. The Treetop Villa was perfect for our visit. Cocoplum had 24/7 security and was very quiet. Exactly what we needed. We chilled at the beach across the street every day and used Cocoplum as our base for exploring this beautiful country. We toured the Reef and Silk Cay with Nite Wind Tours recommended by our host, Aaron. Great time with Tiger and Tipa. Tiger named almost 50 different fish while snorkeling and Tipa cheffed up a great barbecue for lunch. The Toledo District was awesome. The Punta Gorda Chocolate Street Festival was lively fun and Lubaatun Mayan Ruins were just too cool. The Mayan people and villages are a fascinating culture. As are the Garifuna people. Placentia itself is the greatest place ever. When the World discovers this place, it will become the next Maui or Cancun (hope not!)
In short, we are re-charged and ready to go for another year in the States. But we will be back! Thanks Aaron and the Cocoplum Team. Bill, Sherri and the Boys."

"First off, this property is in an excellent location close to the water taxi, restaurants, bars, snorkeling/swimming, and shopping.
However, I am reviewing the property owner, rather than this particular property, as we did not actually stay at Diane's Beach House. Unfortunately, there was a very large construction project going on at the adjacent property (multiple floors of concrete being poured, etc.) and the place was just not at it's best. Diane let us know a bit ahead of time that the construction was still going on, so she would be able to provide alternate accommodation at another of her properties. However, it was further inland in a more residential area. It was a nice property, but we were really intent on an oceanfront property. She very graciously asked her property manager to work with us to find a property that was more suitable for us and promptly refunded our payment in full. We found a very nice place to stay and were very appreciative that we were able to work with Diane with no drama! We would definitely consider staying at one of her properties on our next visit to Caye Caulker."
