"The apartment was clean and spacious with a full kitchen, bath, eating area, couch, king size bed and private patio area. The owner was very welcoming, friendly, caring, and helpful. We had wifi, a working lan phone line, cable tv, and a space to park our moped. The property is set on top of a hill and the view from the yard was gorgeous. The location is great as it is between the gorgeous south beaches and dockyard. It is just a short walk to public transportation. Great value!!"

"My husband and I rented the guest house for a week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This is probably the best housing bargain on the island. It's in a great location, well stocked, and immaculate. We didn't rent scooters, but we walked down Tribe Road 7 to the bus stop, and our 7-day bus and ferry passes took us everywhere (while allowing us to talk to a lot of locals). The Tribe Road also took us right to the beach, and we enjoyed walking through the dune trail down to Horseshoe Bay after we had snorkeled in Warwick Long Bay. It's a quick walk to the grocery store through the Railway Trail. After walking up Tribe Road at the end of the day we loved relaxing in the pool, and taking in the cool ocean breezes while relaxing in the gorgeous garden. Most nights we didn't even need A/C. Another family was renting the main house and we enjoyed chatting with them throughout our stay. An additional bonus was that we were able to use the dryer before we left so we didn't need to bring back wet bathing suits. I can't say enough good things about it. We're already planning a trip back!"

"Our stay at Neston was very homely. Mr. Furbert and his family are very friendly and hospitable and helpful. They took us to rent our scooters and helped with booking taxis.
The property is beautiful! Our room was spotless and having the kitchenette and fridge was very useful. Our favourite thing to do was walk down to the dock and sit by the water.
Having the scooter was very useful as the main road is a at least a 10-15 minute walk. There is a great grocery store and gas station close by.
We went to Hamilton and south shore beaches multiple times during our stay. St.Georges is also only a half an hour ride away. Anywhere you need to go in Bermuda is only a half an hour ride from Neston. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bermuda.
The only minor issue we faced was the the air conditioner seemed to be under powered. But as we visited in May, it was still very pleasant and we didn't face any discomfort."

"This was our first vacation to Bermuda and it won't be our last. The apartment was exactly as described and fully equipped with linens, hair dryer and kitchen essentials. The place is located about 2 miles from the ferry in Hamilton. We stayed 9 nights and walked to town every morning. From there we used the ferry and bus system to get around and visit all the various and wonderful sights. The walk is slightly down hill. The roads are narrow, so just stay alert. At the end of the day, we simply hailed a cab and the fare was about $10 plus tip to get back to the unit. We figured this was safer than renting a scooter. And, it ended up being the more economical route as well. You can get a combination ferry/bus pass that's good on all routes by the day, week or month. They prorate the month, so we got a 10 day pass for $64 each. We were able to ferry out to the Dockyard and St. George's as well as many other locations, beaches and restaurants.
Scott and Sara are very nice. We appreciated them checking in on us and appreciated their hospitality. When we return, we will stay here again. Bermuda is a beautiful place and the people are very friendly."
