  • COZY SEASIDE COTTAGE

"Our family of 6 adults had a great vacation Felicity Cottage. We were able to rent scooters next door, within walking distance. Dockyard was a 10 to 15 minute ride from the cottage for easy access to Ferry Boats. Set up of the house made it very family freindly, with great common spaces and very private bedrooms. We took advantage of the outdoor grill for many dinners at the outdoor table, overlooking Mangrove bay. Many beaches nearby (besides Felicity's beach) for swimming and snorkeling. Had a great week, thanks for sharing your house."

  • Beautiful setting!

"We booked this unit and were pleasantly surprised when we were brought to a 1-bedroom unit rather than the studio. We appreciated the extra room! Our unit and other his other rentals are within a very large home/estate on a hill, overlooking a beautiful cove and the gorgeous aquamarine waters that surround Bermuda. The view from the decks of this property are breathtaking! Walking in the neighborhood is lovely seeing beautiful Bermudian architecture and foliage. Bedroom is quite comfortable; wonderful modern bathroom with very large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Kitchenette has small microwave, stove and fridge; no dishwasher. Bermuda climate has taken its toll on outside of refrigerator but it worked just fine. Appreciated the coffee and filters provided. Screen on sliding door to enter unit (into living area) was torn out so we could not leave it open in the evening to get the fresh breeze. Since we were there in Bermuda's winter (no bugs) we did leave door open when we were there during the day. I suspect this was residual damage from October's two hurricane hits and suspect it will be fixed by busy season. We enjoyed the 30 minute walk into town (and Scott drove us in our first afternoon so we could shop and get some provisions). We did take a cab back evenings - no bus service convenient to this house. There is a very steep hill and stairs to climb to get to this unit so advise against this place for anyone with a walking or health disability. Scott did help us with luggage coming and going. We did not take advantage of the kayaks offered by Scott as it was winter in Bermuda - which we loved! Low 58; average temperature mid-60s. Perfect weather for walking and exploring!"

  • Our stay in Bermuda during the Hurricane

"The owner Wayne was a very friendly, helpful, hospitable individual. He immediately took us to the grocery store after we arrived. We were there during the hurricane,he went well beyond what he needed to do during our stay. Due to the power outage, he provided transportation to restaurants, and places we wanted to go to. I would recommend his property to anyone looking to travel to Bermuda."

  • Enter as strangers, leave as friends

"Everything that people have written about Oyster Point is true: Breathtaking and idyllic location, close to restaurants, beaches, and a marketplace, a private and fully stocked cottage filled with essentials. Although necessary and important, these components are not what make Oyster Point remarkable. The element that makes Oyster Point so special is our Hosts: Dorothy, Brian, their family and of course, Abbie and Zooey. My husband and I had an unplanned extension to our vacation, as tropical storm Fay hit the island. Brian and Dorothy couldn't have been more accommodating to us. We were treated like family friends. I'm still a bit stunned how warm, kind and welcoming they were to us. You may notice when staying at Oyster Point the framed print on the wall stating: 'Enter as strangers, leave as friends'. Perhaps that saying may be trite elsewhere, but at Oyster Point, the statement is fact. Thank you, we will be back!"
