  • Experience of a Lifetime at Gemstones

"My girlfriends and I (a 60th birthday celebration) spent most of last week in Bermuda at Gemstones. What an amazing property! The most amazing part of the experience was our hostess Lorna. She made my girlfriends and I feel like we were family. We are trying to plan our next trip back to Gemstones. That being said, the view from the house was amazing! You won't go wrong with this VRBO selection! Thanks again Lorna, Greg, Sylvia, Robert and Norris. We are forever grateful for your kindness and hospitality."

  • Fantastic Holiday

"We had a fantastic family holiday in Bermuda staying at Freshwinds. Debbie and Nathan were brilliant hosts and helped us sort out transfers to the house with Cal. The house was clean, well furnished and stocked with basic essentails (washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls etc..) Cal even did a basic shop for us to get us through the first night as our flight was delayed. The house is well positioned for exploring the whole island...the only down side is that the local bus( route 4) finishes to Spanish point at 6pm but you can hire scooters or use taxis. We loved exploring the Lighthouse, Horseshoe Bay beach, the Railway walking trail but especially going out on Ana Luna Nathan's catamaran...fantastic!! The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and a local convenience store only 10 minutes. All in all.... a great holiday, on a fantastic island in a lovely house."

  • Great view, location and Host!

"What a great find! Sabrina was so welcoming and accommodating for two good friends to get away for the holidays and enjoy all that Bermuda had to offer. Our room had gorgeous views and the location worked great for us. Wi-Fi and kitchenette met our needs saving time and money on being able to prepare some meals in our room. The room was cozy and easily converted to two twin beds from king size and the yard was big enough to practice yoga! Sabrina and her son even accompanied us horseback riding! She gave us great recommendations for New Year's Eve, brunch and other sites. We got to know the other guests and it felt more like visiting with family than another country! Definitely recommend."

  • Really Nice Vacation

"The owners were pleasant and very helpful without hovering and the apartment was clean, very nicely appointed and well maintained. The owners bent over backwards to ensure that the air conditioner was fixed quickly (next day) after it quit working and had a contingency plan in place if that was not happening. One of the nicest vacations we have had for a while"
