"We absolutely loved this rental for the week we were in Bonaire. The location being so close to the airport was super convenient. The condo itself is so open and plenty of room! We spend soooo much time out on the patio as there is a very nice dining table and chairs and the view is unbeatable. In fact, if we were at the condo we were mostly out there. The pool is very nice too and never crowded. The dive shop was friendly and very lenient on allowing you to take multiple tanks at 1 time. I just can't see enough great things about this place. Also the communication with the owner was so easy and smooth, I highly recommend!!!!!!"Guest: Kate Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 21, 2014View listing
"We arrived about 9pm after an exhausting 5 different flights, one of which was 4 hours late. We were very pleasantly surprised to find foods and drinks left on the counter for us. There was fruit, coke, orange juice, peanut butter and jelly, bread, milk, and. Number or other things left for us. WE were so grateful, We were very hungry and thirsty. The condo was comfortably furnished, and very homely. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible pot and pan you could think of. We found every thing we needed and then some. There was a large grill outside, that we ultized a lot. The outside shower was great and very refreshing after a day on the beach and in the water. The bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The lady next door was very helpful and quick to answer any questions or help out in any way she could. What an asset for the owner! The area was peaceful and private. We didn't, have one issue with noise . I could go on and on about this wonderful place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Stan, Audrey, and stefanie."Guest: Phyl Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: October 27, 2013View listing
"The apartment delivers as advertised. It is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and simple, fine quality bedding and furnishings. Having two large bedrooms with private baths are quite nice for a shared holiday with friends. Those views that look pretty in photos are gorgeous in person. A washer in the extra 1/2 bath in the main area was also pretty great. The noseeum bugs at the time of year I visited put a bit of a damper on outdoor living but that was everywhere on the island. Sharing the large deck downstairs to directly enter the ocean via ladder and rinse off in outdoor shower was no problem. Tip - there was a handy cooler in the apartment and the super nice fridge has an icemaker, all perfect for the journey to the national park. Dream Bonaire is great."Guest: irene Date of Stay: November 2011 Review Submitted: December 12, 2011View listing
"Casa Iguana is an amazing place. We stayed downstairs and it was even better than the pictures. Out front to the left of the house there is storm wreckage from Hurricane Omar and now its become an artificial reef for over 30 different species... I lost count after 30. Its not as pretty as Klein Bonaire... just sandy bottom mostly, but WOW! to just climb down the ladder and swim in your own personal aquarium was AWESOME! Ron was a very nice host and took care of us when we couldnt get our stored emails for instructions to enter the house. He was extremely helpful with questions I had setting up the trip. Cooking most meals at home (aka Casa Iguana) every night was pretty easy (as we brought our 7 and 11 year olds with us and with Dutch cuisine... -but know we love the Dutch people- its on par with the English) lots of spices and good selection of pans in the kitchen- check it out before going to the grocery. We travel alot internationally and Bonaire is one of the first places I'm planning to go back again and soon. When I do Ill be staying at Casa Iguana, no question! Great jumping off the deck (one of the highlights for the kids and the husband) but no railing for little guys so Id say 5-7 and up depending upon your kids ability to follow directions:-)"Guest: HBwavehunters Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 2, 2013View listing
