  • Couldn't have dreamed up a more pleasurable vacation.

"Casa Rocalta is the gem of Spring Bay! After waking to the music of the morning island animal life we spent mornings walking the boulder trails to Stoney Bay and Devil's Bay, running the gentle roadways with family members young and old, and chilling with fresh coffee and spectacular rainbows! Virgin Gorda is a quiet island with a variety of dining options. Ringing in the new year is always a treat at the Mad Dog just up the road. Family time on Savannah Bay catching the waves, scuba lessons, daily snorkeling trips from the easily accessible beach, and tennis with friends. It doesn't get much better than this! Thank you Casa Rocalta!!!"

  • Dream Vacation!

"My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Sundowner Villa, and could not have imagined a better place for our honeymoon. It was very private and secluded with amazing views. The amenities were a great surprise- iPad, wireless sound system, kayaks, and snorkel gear. Sonny took great care of us and helped direct us around the island. Ray was very helpful as we had many questions prior to our trip. Food around the island was great, and we even spent several nights just hanging out at the villa cooking on the grill. HIGHLY recommend this place, and we are already trying to decide when we can come back!"

  • Fabulous!

"Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 days and were very, very pleased. From the house, it is a short walk to the entrance to the Baths and the Mad Dog eatery. In the backyard are some wonderful boulders that are fun to climb. The various decks and patios are a delight to have dinner or late night drinks on. The kitchen had everything you need. We would have preferred air conditioning, but there were ample fans to keep you cool enough. Howard was a pleasure to work with, answering every question and meeting us at the dock and putting a few things in the fridge to start us off. The ability to go the Baths early and late, thus avoiding the boat crowd, was magical. Howard had mentioned that the 5th and 6th beds were child-sized, but our 5'4" daughter slept comfortably enough in one of them, with an inch or two to spare."

  • 2 week stay September 2014

"This place is fantastic. This is our 3rd trip to the BVI. 2 weeks on a 72 ft. sailboat, 2 weeks at Bitter End Yacht Club and 2 weeks at this villa. This was the best place we have stayed in the BVI. We would go on about one excursion a day ( snorkeling, the Baths kayaking, island hoping etc.) and go out to dinner at one of the great restaurants about every other night. We always made sure we were back at the villa in the pool having cocktails at sunset. What a way to spend my 70th. The place has wonderful views fantastic landscaping and is furnished beautifully. Germaine, the owner, was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. We will return to what truly is A Dream Come True."
