  • Great Location, Great House, Great View

"This house is a show home with a million dollar view. First off the location is perfect if you like to have some privacy with only a few houses around you for safety. Let's start off with the pool. The pool is much larger than the picture shows it to be. Most pools are dipping pools but this one you can actually use to do laps. The pictures do not do it justice as you can not see the length of this pool from the pictures. It is situated on the west side which means that when it comes to watching the sunset go down in the infinity pool it is warm since the sun has been able to warm it up for most of the day. Then you have the view. It looks out to the Dog Islands and Tortola and also to the clear Ocean. This allowed us to see the Green Flash of the sun on a clear sunny day sunset which was taught to us by some friends we met on the island. The bay in front of the house is Nail Bay and to the right is Long Bay and is great for snorkeling and is one of the best on the island. The waters are fairly calm and was able to take the Kayak out fairly far and also you can snorkel way out also. I had a car and basically went around the whole island at least twice and visited all the beaches and I have to say that the owner of this house knew what he was doing when he picked this location. This bay along with Mahoe bay is probably the two best beaches on the island in my opinion and and Mahoe bay is only a couple of minutes drive. The interior of this house is show home quality and is immaculate with all the amenities. The home owner has really gone all out to provide a top notch house."

  • Wonderful Property

"My wife and I chose to stay at the Boulder house because of its proximity to everything in Spanish Town and that it came with a truck. The house was all that we needed for our week long stay and everything was 5-10 minutes away driving. The views were amazing but sadly every night the sunset was overcast and we didn't have a perfect one, but it was still a great view. The home is on top of a hill with an excellent breeze all day and we didn't miss our air conditioning. The only downside to staying here with more than 2 people is that it is a railroad style setup so if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk through the one bedroom. This didn't affect our trip, but wanted to throw it out there in case anyone was interested. All in all the owner and the property managers are top notch! We never got to meet the maid Shirley however she made sure the house was perfect every day."

  • Great house on a perfect island

"My family of 5 really enjoyed our 1 week stay there. The house is clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient - just minutes from the Baths and the amenities of Spanish Town, breezy nights on the hill with no need for A/C. Sharon is really responsive and helpful, as well as Sonja who is local. Great experience overall. Stoyan"

  • Paradise

"It's almost impossible to describe Casa Rocalta, a villa of five separate structures, embraced by lush foliage and tiered among giant boulders incorporated into the dramatic architecture of each building. At the center, a luxurious pool and upper porch offer respite from the midday sun and breathtaking views of the sea. Casa Rocalta is truly a paradise, from the perfectly appointed accommodations to its breathtaking views. Only the spectacular neighborhood attractions (the beach just down the road for swimming and snorkeling, and the awesome Baths, a short walk up the road) could lure us away. We did visit area highlights, our favorite being our drive to the north end for dinner on Saba Rock. Honestly, it took an occasional mosquito or no-see-um bite to remind us we were not in Paradise."
