  • Lovely Villa in Paradise

"Firstly, Nancy was so easy to deal with throughout the entire booking process, and provide us with ALL the information that we could have possibly needed to enjoy our stay in the BVI. The villa looked just as it does in the pictures, and I agree with other reviewers the view is absolutely amazing! It was the perfect location, although to get almost anywhere takes only 1/2 an hour, and we enjoyed having Cane Garden Bay so close. I have to say that Janet, the manager, is an absolute JEM! From the time we arrived, she recognized us at the airport, drove us to Cielo Villa, confirmed the rental car, and gave us some amazing suggestions for food and activities. She made sure our groceries had been delivered, introduced us to the other guest, and gave us a tour and rundown of the way the villa was setup! Since it was low season Janet was not available for our whole stay (which was totally understandable), and without a person in her stead we had few unforeseen tasks during our stay. They were small things, but not what we had wanted to do on our holiday. Also, since she was not at the villa the breakfast food that was to be provided was slightly lacking. I will say that any problems we did encounter, Nancy provided a solution or tried to fix them as soon as possible. Secondly, Nancy did recommend the most amazing boat captain Mitch, from Ocean Dreams, to charter us to Jost Van Dyke, Little Jost Van Dyke, Norman Island (Willy T), Sandy Spit, Peter Island (caves for snokling), and the Indians. He was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating! Lastly, if you are diving I would HIGHLY recommend We Be Divers. The dive master is incredible! So knowledgeable about the area, and an excellent guide. Overall we were very happy with our stay, but I would recommend checking if the manager will be there if you are looking for help with anything or property maintenance."

  • Quite and calm with all the luxuries

"I have been coming to Jost Van Dyke for many years and stayed in many places on the island. Great house is perfect for people that want all the calm and quite that side of the island has to offer with all the quality amenities that many island villas don't have (large kitchen, washing machine & dryer, etc). Catherine was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. The care taker, Saga, was very attentive and helpful with whatever we might have needed. He came and checked in on us most mornings and would cut up a fresh coconut from one of the trees around the house (very tasty!). I would highly recommend a stay in great house for a quite and 'off the beaten path' stay while having all the luxuries."

  • The perfect vacation rental!

"Stone Tree is the perfect home for a family get-away or a couples retreat. Our last visit to the Stone Tree, we walked every morning. Walking to the beach or the Copper Mine is a great way to start or end your day. This home has everything you need to enjoy the island. The kitchen is the perfect place the prepare meals and eat in or sit outside and enjoy the evenings. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the Stone Tree."
