  • Family Vacation Heaven!

"There are so many positive things I can say about our time at Limeberry! Arriving to a fridge with food and drinks and a meal waiting for us were a wonderful surprise after our exhausting day of travel (with two little boys). The views, comfortable beds, cozy gathering areas and well-supplied kitchen made this trip better than we could have imagined. Smuggler's Cove and Long Bay beach are our two favourite beaches so being minutes away from both of them was great. Thank you, Jon and Katy!"

  • Seriously awesome and beautiful villa!

"This is our 4th trip to Tortola, and this is by far the best place we have stayed. 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, plus a little studio apartment as a 4th bedroom plus bathroom and mini-kitchen. It has a nice swimming pool (actually pretty deep, maybe 7 feet at the deepest point?), lovely landscaping, and incredible views of all the sailboats at Soper's Hole and Frenchman's Key from the villa's perch on the mountain. Stove/oven was professional grade, and the outdoor grill was huge! The kitchen was the best-stocked with pans/plates/utinsils/small appliances of ANY VBRO house we have stayed in in the world! Bathrooms in the "west wing" have outdoor showers; lovely during the day or at night to shower under the stars! (though some animal/bird kept stealing the bar soap! Ha!) Beds were comfortable - kings were two twin beds put together, and all bedrooms had mosquito nets, air conditioners and fans. Wifi worked fine. Location was great - close to Soper's Hole and away from cruise ship traffic of Road Town, but within a half hour of many restaurants and beaches and walking distance to West End ferry terminal. Susan (owner) and Debs (manager) were really helpful before and during our stay with recommendations for restaurants, etc and were very responsive to our questions and emails. Restaurants nearby that we enjoyed were D'CoalPot (casual), Bananakeet (casual) and Sugar Mill Inn (fine dining). We enjoyed the beaches Cane Garden Bay (on a NON CRUISE SHIP DAY or around sunset!! otherwise it is miserably crowded) for SUP and relaxing (and Quito's there is also a good place to eat!), Brewer's Bay and Smuggler's Cove for snorkeling. We did a fun day sail with Kuralu which everybody else besides me enjoyed, and Captain Gary was very polite as I proceeded to retch over the side of his lovely vessel literally ALL DAY... :D We also had the MOST INCREDIBLE fresh cinnabuns from Susan's recommended baker Craig. Tips: 1. Water in the BVI tastes terrible no matter where we have stayed. :) A filtering water bottle like one by Camelback really helped the taste on this trip. 2. The driveway for this house is really steep and narrow, and for our SUV we had to back down it as there was no room to turn around. Have people stand outside and help you as you back down the first few times. :) 3. You can have Riteway, the main grocery store put provisions in the house to be there when you arrive - really helpful if you arrive at night!"

  • PERFECTION!

"Island Dream is just that...a total dream! We spent two weeks in the Virgin Islands for our honeymoon. One in the USVI at The Westin doing the whole resort vacation and then ferried over to the BVI's and rented Island Dreams for a week - definitely our favorite part of the trip. The house is beautiful! More than enough room for two people and would be great for four; can't wait to go back with another couple! Everything was spotless. Mary & Rob have maximized every inch of outdoor space. Gorgeous gardens, big main deck for meals with the best view of the other islands, a smaller deck in the gardens where we sat and had many afternoon happy hours, balconies off both rooms (the views!) and THE POOL - the best part of it all! So fun having our own secluded pool as it is completely private from the street since it's surrounded by all the amazing tropical plants and flowers. And showering under the stars in the outdoor showers - what more could you ask for? Kitchen is small, but does just the trick. Well equipped with everything you'll need. (Shopped at Rosey's daily!) Air conditioning in the bedrooms works great, tons of books, beach chairs for use, directions/recommendations for the island and everything was decorated just as you'd want your island getaway to be. The entire process was so easy from booking with Mary, to meeting Irma at the dock, helping us with our rental car and taking us to the house. Howard checked on us a couple times throughout the week. It is the perfect way to feel completely away from it all, without feeling helpless. A car is a must - while the island is very small, you'll need it to get from end-to-end and up the hills. One of our favorites things to do was drive just up the road from the house to Hog Heaven for the AMAZING view and BBQ. Savannah Bay is also just a quick drive away and is BREATHTAKING. The Baths are a must, eating + dancing the night away around the fire at CocoMaya is something I'll never forget. Watching World Cup at The Rock with all the locals was so fun (everyone is SO NICE), romantic dinner at Chez Bamboo, sunset at Top of the Baths, ferry over to Bitter End Yacht Club. The island seems so desolate, yet we found so many fun things to do...but our favorite was always coming back to Island Dream. Evening walks in the neighborhood were beautiful and there's also a pool and bocce court at the "club house" in Nail Bay which was an added bonus. Island Dream is the definition of paradise - can't wait to return!"

  • Paradise

"We stayed at Gestalt at Steele Point this past week to celebrate my 50th birthday. I would suggest paradise is an understatement, and the better description should be UTOPIA. From the panoramic vistas from each room, the outdoor showers, the gourmet outdoor kitchen along with the close proximity to the ferry makes this villa an ideal vacation home to stay with family or friends. Irina should be proud of her property, and vacationers should feel lucky to have the opportunity to rent such a beautiful estate."
