"I'm not sure where to begin...We had an AMAZING 10 day stay at Limeberry House over Christmas. My family of 4 (girls 13 & 11) arrived 12/17 on the last ferry from St Thomas. Jon was there with a smile on his face to greet us. His friend Rohan helped us pack the car and led us to the house. Everything was perfect. The fridge had the essentials for the evening and breakfast the next day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy...Limeberry was the perfect house for us. The girls loved the pool and I loved how close it was to the 2 beautiful beaches of Long Bay and Smugglers Cove. Jon and Katy were wonderful hosts, making sure we were enjoying ourselves and kindly invited us for lunch with them at Little Thatch on Christmas Day. That was something we will never forget! Susie and Pinky were friendly housekeepers ensuring everything was clean and perfectly placed. Pinky even helped us find the local medical clinic so my husband could get antibiotic for his ear infection! We enjoyed 2 daysails with Gary on the Kuralu out of Sopers Hole. Probably the best 2 days of the whole vacation. We also swam with the dolphins at Prospect Reef Resort which was another amazing experience! We rented a powerboat from Island Time in Nanny Cay for 2 of our days and paddled boarded at Cane Garden Bay on Christmas Eve morning. We packed a lot in to our vacation but still felt well rested and renewed when it was time to leave. Jon happened to come by as we were checking in at the ferry dock and bid us farewell. After an incredibly long day of travel, we finally made it home at 1:15am. At 2am as we tucked our tired 11 year old in bed, she realized she left her favorite stuffed animal in her room at Limeberry. I quickly emailed Jon to be on the lookout for "Brownie". We woke up later that morning to a sweet email from him saying that Brownie was hanging out at Little Thatch with them and would be shipped back to us as soon as possible. That's the kind of host Jon is. Incredibly kind and generous. Willing to go the extra mile(and extra postage) to make you happy. My husband and I feel like we have new friends in Jon and Katy. We look forward to seeing them again soon. Highly recommend Limeberry! You will not be disappointed."Guest: Andrea L. Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 7, 2015View listing

It's great to just walk down the hill and have the resort and marina right there. Hop over to Saba rock and bitter end great food. Don't miss the Friday night bbq at leverick.bay. I've been renting villas in the bvi and usvi for 25 years if you choose sea dream you will not be disappointed. .thanks to edie and her staff for taking care of all our needs."Guest: Love nj Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 22, 2014View listing
"The one bad thing about Villa Towanda was that it spoiled every other location that my friends and I visited! The views from the villa are incomparable, and the vibe in the house is intimate, relaxed and comfortable. After a day at one of the beaches or out on the water, there was no other place that we wanted to be than Towanda. Period. We cooked in the open kitchen almost every night and sat on the terrace for sunset and moonrise. The view across the bay to Jost is unsettlingly beautiful. I will definitely return. There were so few people at Long Bay beach (just at the bottom of the road!) that it felt like a private beach. No kidding. If you're looking for great restaurants, this may not be the place for you. The Sugar Mill was very good for dinner, and D'Best Cup in Soper's Hole was great for breakfast. Everything else we found was mediocre, but that really didn't matter to us because, as I said, we found we were happiest cooking at home and being mesmerized by the views. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, btw. The owners and managers were extremely kind and helpful as well."Guest: Ken F. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 19, 2014View listing
"Breathtaking views, a beautiful well-equipped home and gorgeous outdoor areas made a holiday vacation for two families a fabulous experience. I knew we would not be disappointed from the moment I made contact with Karen, the owner. Karen answered all my questions and was accommodating and gracious every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, emailing promptly the entire 6 months leading up to our departure. We have rented through VRBO on many, many occasions, and she was by far the most congenial and organized. The home is beautiful and well attended to. We fit our party of 9 with ease. Our island manager, Joss, was waiting for us at the ferry dock for our late arrival, had arranged for our rental cars to be delivered to the parking lot, let us order pizzas for our overdue dinner and even escorted us to the grocery store so that we could get to the house as soon as possible. Joss is so much fun and we were privileged that she agreed to eat with us that evening. When our car battery needed a jump (totally our fault when we didn't realize the lights were left on), she got someone to come and jump the car within the hour so that we didn't miss our daylong boat charter...she was awesome. The views are spectacular, and Karen built the home so as to take advantage of the trade winds. The breeze kept all the rooms cool at night and kept the mosquitos at bay, even with the fantastic gardens surrounding the villa. Be sure to explore all the garden sitting areas surrounding the house if you go...they are beautiful, and we were lucky to pick a few limes to add to our cocktails in the evening. The beaches on Tortola are gorgeous and the people on the island are so kind. We made friends with the owners at several restaurants and look forward to seeing them again some day. We loved Cane Garden Beach, as it was a calm beach the time of year we were there. If you go there...make sure to talk to Lion at the Glass Blowing shop...He and his coworkers make unique items from the bottles and glass retrieved from the bars and restaurants on the island. If you are looking to rent AnaCapri, don't hesitate. Karen, her staff, the villa and the views are the best!"Guest: Genie G. Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 5, 2015View listing
