"Location was awesome, we were able to walk across the street and be at Rum Pointe Beach in less than 5 Minutes! Snorkeling at the right of the pier was nice. Sting Ray City tour by Red Sail (located at Rum Point Beach) is a must do! The gear from Nigel was better than that we used on our trip to Stingray City. We rode bikes around the neighborhood, to Kaibo bar and to Star Fish Beach. Kayaked in the cove in the morning and again at night! Bioluminescent was really cool, you will need to find the darkest areas in the cove to get the best effect! You can place your hand underwater and shake it vigorously and watch the sparkles. The kayaking is so relaxing, we even took drinks with us and made it a nightly ritual. It was suggested we rent a car, so we did. It allowed us to sample the restaurants on the north and east end. Over The Edge restaurant at sunset is really nice, Tukka at moonrise would be great, Lighthouse for Sunday brunch was excellent, to name a few! Our top choice was the Kaibo Yacht Club, the Almond Shrimp crusted Grouper (recommended by locals) made my top five meals of all time! ( yeh, it's that good) I think they are only open Thurs. thru Sunday nights, so don't miss this if you are a true foodie! The pizza at Kaibo Beach Bar is really good also, prepared in a brick oven right near the beach, great lunch spot.
This was our first time on Grand Cayman, it won't be our last. We liked the laid back atmosphere of the Rum Point area. We did a day trip over to Seven Mile Beach area and did some shopping at Camana Bay. When we come back, we will stay at the same place!
Mudslides and Piña Coladas from The Wreck Bar at Rum Point Beach can be addictive, enjoy.
Great 30th anniversary trip, our plan is to next time bring family and friends to share all this with them."

"This is the place to stay! All the reviews are right on. Peaceful, beautiful and perfect.
Home has everything you need. Had 8 adults all sleeping comfortably. Celebrated my 60th birthday there. Couldn't be better!"

"My husband and I spent two weeks at this condo, I cannot think of one negative. Yes the TVs were old, but we weren't there to watch TV. The view, beach and complete relaxation was what we wanted and we weren't disappointed. The condo was perfect, just one small problem, we had trouble with the burners on the stove. Also we replaced the filter on the AC which seemed to make it work more efficiently. But these our things we would have to deal with at home as well, so no big deal in the larger picture. Evenings were very peaceful, and if the young boaters did come out, they played great music and shut it down by 11. We are very much hoping to go back. But as mentioned in other comments, it is expensive, so might not be a yearly destination."

"We had a very nice stay at this condo. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL - The only draw back is that this part of the island does not have Turquoise waters that meet the beach. Thankfully there was a pool, which we used everyday, because the ocean water was awful. Most of the beaches we would recommend "Water Shoes" to get through all the "Muck" in the water!! Pretty much the only beach is 7 mile Beach, which is about a 45 minute drive. Rum Point is just down the street, but get there early or forget it!! We have travelled to many different islands, but unfortunately we were not impressed with the Cayman Islands as a whole."
