"We loved this condo! This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we brought our daughters, 9, 7, with us and we had such a fantastic vacation!! The condo is exactly as described and is very well cared for and maintained. It was very clean and comfortable!
The location of this property on the island was also wonderful for us. We enjoyed the quieter atmosphere and being away from the hustle of the seven mile beach area (which we drove to and visited a couple times and it was an easy trip). The proximity to the Kaibo Yacht Club is great for a drink or some food. We also enjoyed the Carribbean BBQ on Tuesday night. Our favorite was the sunrise trip out to Stingray city which left right from the Yacht Club - so convenient! We were out with the Stingrays with only one other boat and it was amazing!
The pool at the condo complex is perfect and we spent many hours there! The beach by the condo is nice. The water isn't as clear as it is elsewhere and it gets deep fairly quickly, but we still enjoyed it. We walked or drove the short distance to Starfish Point every day - it was a true highlight!
The unit is well stocked. It's a very comfortable home away from home. The new mattresses were extremely firm, but after several nights we got used to them. The owner was very easy to work with and the property manager was fabulous too! If we go back to Grand Cayman we would definitely consider renting this unit again!"

"Location was awesome, we were able to walk across the street and be at Rum Pointe Beach in less than 5 Minutes! Snorkeling at the right of the pier was nice. Sting Ray City tour by Red Sail (located at Rum Point Beach) is a must do! The gear from Nigel was better than that we used on our trip to Stingray City. We rode bikes around the neighborhood, to Kaibo bar and to Star Fish Beach. Kayaked in the cove in the morning and again at night! Bioluminescent was really cool, you will need to find the darkest areas in the cove to get the best effect! You can place your hand underwater and shake it vigorously and watch the sparkles. The kayaking is so relaxing, we even took drinks with us and made it a nightly ritual. It was suggested we rent a car, so we did. It allowed us to sample the restaurants on the north and east end. Over The Edge restaurant at sunset is really nice, Tukka at moonrise would be great, Lighthouse for Sunday brunch was excellent, to name a few! Our top choice was the Kaibo Yacht Club, the Almond Shrimp crusted Grouper (recommended by locals) made my top five meals of all time! ( yeh, it's that good) I think they are only open Thurs. thru Sunday nights, so don't miss this if you are a true foodie! The pizza at Kaibo Beach Bar is really good also, prepared in a brick oven right near the beach, great lunch spot.
This was our first time on Grand Cayman, it won't be our last. We liked the laid back atmosphere of the Rum Point area. We did a day trip over to Seven Mile Beach area and did some shopping at Camana Bay. When we come back, we will stay at the same place!
Mudslides and Piña Coladas from The Wreck Bar at Rum Point Beach can be addictive, enjoy.
Great 30th anniversary trip, our plan is to next time bring family and friends to share all this with them."

"Stayed 6 nights at pools #4. No one else was here it was very quiet. Rental car is a must. Stop for groceries in Georgetown. Chisolm's grocery is close but no produce or fresh meat. Mangoes are great at local fruit stands. Rum point is very close but is catered to cruise ships. We did a good short snorkel and sting ray tour there for $100 for both. Snorkel off back porch was fun. Very shallow and warm. Pool is a bit cold so I can imagine it's worthless in the winter. Over the edge restaraunt is worth trying. Make the drive to Tukka for dinner. Pricey but great food. Condo is pretty plain but who cares about the inside. Good air conditioning screened in porch for bugs. Washer and dryer is a huge plus and wifi is good. Will probably stay again if retuning to the islands."

"We just returned from our stay and already we miss the condo. This is a great place to kick back and just enjoy white sand, blue water and no worries. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were there during the off season and it was VERY quiet. The lanai was great to sit and eat meals and just watch the mild surf. We did a lot of diving so we were gone during the days...but the evenings were wonderful. Recommend a car for this location as it is a fair distance from Georgetown.....also DO NOT go into town between 7:30-9:00 am, Mon-Thurs.....traffic is horrendously log jammed and moves at a snails pace, after that your good to go. Mitch, thanks for letting us stay at your property....we will definately try to get back."
