"We had a very nice stay at this condo. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL - The only draw back is that this part of the island does not have Turquoise waters that meet the beach. Thankfully there was a pool, which we used everyday, because the ocean water was awful. Most of the beaches we would recommend "Water Shoes" to get through all the "Muck" in the water!! Pretty much the only beach is 7 mile Beach, which is about a 45 minute drive. Rum Point is just down the street, but get there early or forget it!! We have travelled to many different islands, but unfortunately we were not impressed with the Cayman Islands as a whole."

"Stayed 6 nights at pools #4. No one else was here it was very quiet. Rental car is a must. Stop for groceries in Georgetown. Chisolm's grocery is close but no produce or fresh meat. Mangoes are great at local fruit stands. Rum point is very close but is catered to cruise ships. We did a good short snorkel and sting ray tour there for $100 for both. Snorkel off back porch was fun. Very shallow and warm. Pool is a bit cold so I can imagine it's worthless in the winter. Over the edge restaraunt is worth trying. Make the drive to Tukka for dinner. Pricey but great food. Condo is pretty plain but who cares about the inside. Good air conditioning screened in porch for bugs. Washer and dryer is a huge plus and wifi is good. Will probably stay again if retuning to the islands."

"We loved this condo! This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we brought our daughters, 9, 7, with us and we had such a fantastic vacation!! The condo is exactly as described and is very well cared for and maintained. It was very clean and comfortable!
The location of this property on the island was also wonderful for us. We enjoyed the quieter atmosphere and being away from the hustle of the seven mile beach area (which we drove to and visited a couple times and it was an easy trip). The proximity to the Kaibo Yacht Club is great for a drink or some food. We also enjoyed the Carribbean BBQ on Tuesday night. Our favorite was the sunrise trip out to Stingray city which left right from the Yacht Club - so convenient! We were out with the Stingrays with only one other boat and it was amazing!
The pool at the condo complex is perfect and we spent many hours there! The beach by the condo is nice. The water isn't as clear as it is elsewhere and it gets deep fairly quickly, but we still enjoyed it. We walked or drove the short distance to Starfish Point every day - it was a true highlight!
The unit is well stocked. It's a very comfortable home away from home. The new mattresses were extremely firm, but after several nights we got used to them. The owner was very easy to work with and the property manager was fabulous too! If we go back to Grand Cayman we would definitely consider renting this unit again!"

"My husband and I spent our honeymoon on Grand Cayman 25 years ago and have always wanted to return so we decided that there was no time like the present. Our 2 daughters happily joined us. What a wonderful getaway! As everyone has previously mentioned, you will want for nothing at 7 Up - Lynn has done an excellent job making sure her guests needs and desires are met. The condo is very comfortable and inviting, just like home. The view we saw when first opening our eyes in the morning is something I will never forget and probably always long to see! Relaxing on the lanai for breakfast or happy hour was a special treat, one we enjoyed every day. We very much enjoyed the beach experience at Rum Point, especially the shade available when the sun was too much (which I never thought I'd say!). We loved walking to Starfish Point (kayaking, too!) and getting to know the namesakes. We took the 7:00 snorkeling trip to Stingray Sandbar right from Kaibo Yacht Club with White Sand Water Sports - highly recommend them!! We were the first boat there and had some private time with the gentle rays, then as much time as we wanted snorkeling at the reef. The whole experience was wonderful, truly a highlight of the trip. Our restaurant experience was just as good - nothing we didn't like. We were very happy to return to our favorite restaurant from 25 years ago, the Lone Star Bar and Grill on SMB, and have a most delicious BBQ dinner - yummy! There were 4 very sad faces on our departure day but hopefully we'll be able turn the frowns upside down on a return trip in the not so distant future. Keep doing what you're doing, Lynn! Loved it!"
