"We stayed for 8 nights on our snorkeling vacation and would definitely recommend. The property exceeded our expectations. The bay is beautiful, fun to watch occasional boats come and go, and although it is a grassy and sandy bottom here the visibility was good enough to go for a quick dip here every morning and check in on our ‘locals’ which included starfish, spiny lobsters and a variety of fish. Check out the fish under the pier at The Pools next door. We snorkeled round to Starfish point and back. Our boys used the pool most days and it was always quiet. Stroll a few steps along the beach to the Yacht club for lunch, dinner or cocktails. The condo itself was excellently maintained and equipped, nicely decorated (ocean themed) and very comfortable. Our son slept on the aero bed the first night and would not give it up. It was superior to any sleeper sofa we have previously encountered. There is no dining table - just a breakfast bar - but we ate outside on the porch all the time. We loved the view from the living room and master bedroom/porch and we appreciated being on the quieter part of the island as opposed to 7-mile beach. It was sheltered compared to the north side, but there was still a constant pleasant warm breeze. The owners offered helpful suggestions on the best places nearby to go snorkeling. One of our favorites was the drift snorkel at Cayman Kai public beach, less than a 10 minute drive away."

"As before, the visit in December to Kaibo was fantastic. Our unit was/is perfect. From the beautiful clean bedrooms and bathrooms, to the supply of kitchen cleaning items, everything has been provided to make this a wonderful place to stay. The Kaibo area and Rum Point are amazing. We are so lucky to have been able to visit and absolutely would recommend to friends. And we will be back."

"We loved this condo. The size was perfect for 2 couples and was incredibly well equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant right next door, rented stand up paddle boards on the beach, enjoyed watching the boats come into dock, and walked to nearby Rum Point and along neighboring beaches. We also took the Stingray tour and kayaked the bio bay from Rum Point. It was nice to be away from the roundabouts and business of Gergetown. The outdoor pool was lovely, and we spent many hours lounging on the beach right in front of the Condo. This was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The owner was very easy to deal with, and the property manager in Cayman, Barbara, was fabulous."

"Our stay was perfect. A few comments about the location. It's the absolute best of all worlds. The compromise I usually have to make when I stay at a condo instead of a resort/hotel is giving up on-site food and cocktail service in exchange for more isolation. Here, the unit is part of a small and quiet complex, yet an easy 40 second walk (maybe less) from two very good restaurants and a bar for my evening cocktails. In addition, you're the same 40 second walk away to book activities like the bioluminescent bay (which was wonderful). If you feel like getting in the car you're about two minutes from the restaurant at Rum Point, then down the road another ten minutes or so there are another couple great casual restaurants. I know most folks flock to Seven Mile Beach so we drove there one day just to check it out. It's a beautiful beach but we liked the solitude and more natural, laid back island vibe of Cayman Kai much better. They call it the "island side of the island," which is really true. As to the condo itself, it was clean, directly on the beach and very close to the beautiful infinity pool. We have two kids and it had so much more room than even a high end hotel suite. Quite simply, I don't know what more any family could ask for. I don't want the owner to raise his price but I'll have to say it's an amazing bargain, way below what comparable units rent for. In closing, rent this condo! You won't regret it."
