  • Lovely, Relaxing Spot!

"We had a wonderful family vacation on Rum Point! Dream Kai is well-maintained and fully equipped; perfect for our family of four. Loved having separate bedrooms and room to spread out. The screened-in porch was lovely too. The view of the cove is so peaceful and the pool is great. We loved hanging out at Rum Point and spent a lot of time snorkeling around the dock. Took a trip to Stingray City with Red Sail Sports. Also explored Seven Mile Beach and went parasailing, took a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers on the East End for awesome sea life, and visited Spotts Beach, where we saw sea turtles. Only downsides were driving on the left when the roads aren't well marked and the U.S./Cayman exchange rate. All in all, it was a fabulous trip! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!"

  • Best Staycation ever!!

"First of all, the best thing about this condo is...it looks exactly like the pictures. No gimmicks, no tricks...it is just as beautiful and just as clean. Literally 10 steps away from the hot tub and pool and couple more from the beach. The bedding, utensils, furniture and appliances are modern, clean, and in abundance. I had a wonderful time locked away doing absolutely nothing!"

  • One of Cayman's best kept secret!

"Hello dear reader, Quick summary: This was a very nice little paradise for relaxation or to go out and enjoy on a Saturday night. This place has its plus and it negatives. But overall worth giving a chance. Pros: You cannot find such a beautiful sight! When I opened the shades at the main bedroom and gazed into the ocean every morning. People pay a lot of money for the view you will get for the reasonable price. During the weekday it is extremely relaxing. Quite, nice breeze, perfect temperature. You are given your space by Tricia thus you can really feel at home. The kitchen, washer/dryer and other commodities makes this convenient. We did our laundry, cooked our own meals, enjoyed the view. Restaurants are really expensive. One hour drive to the seven mile beach and 10 minutes to Kaibo beach! There is a local supermarket about 10 minutes away. The putin next door at the Kaibo club is amazing! The public pool was great to enjoy! I dare you to find the switch to the jets for the Jacuzzi. The pool is only empty at night during the weekdays but I was ok with that. There was ALWAYS parking within the facility. The beds were so conferrable. More conferrable than what we have at home. Oh, and for those hot days, he fans and air conditioning system was divine! Safe! Yes, this is a safe place to walk around, leave your doors open, leave your valuables at home. That to me is a HUGE plus. Now time for the cons: On the weekends the young people like to party on the boats at the club next door as a result you can smell the gasoline from the condo and hear their loud music. The hammock is made of a plastic material that hurts your skin. This can be remedied by using towels to cover the hammock but worth mentioning. I knew going in that the TVs are not modern TVs with a hdmi input or any other feature. I wold be nice to have a decent TV at night. NO wifi on the property. You must walk next door and pay for the wifi there. Make sure to bring your dvds. The beach on the property is so shallow that the water only reaches your knees. You need to drive 5 min to the Kaybo beach (or walk 10 min). The main bedroom is amazing! How is this a con? The other bedroom faces the parking lot. You better hope you are in the room with the ocean view! Tips: Renting a car is a MUST! if you are looking to cook your own food or explore the island. If you want to enjoy the best breakfast of your life go to Over the edge cafe, go to trip advisor and look them up!"

  • Blissful

"I cannot say enough positive adjectives to describe my Grand Cayman experience with this condo. First of all, renting from Nikki and Chris is extremely simple. I was hesitant because I have never rented property through this site. All transactions and communication was done simply, through email. When we arrived at the condo, I couldn't believe how amazing this place was. Not only the cleanliness and the physical aspects of this condo....But the location. We attended a wedding and we had many family members staying at the same complex, but our condo became the most used. It is a short walk to the pool and another short walk to the waterfront. If you book an excursion the boat will pick you up from the dock, which is within a short walking distance. The Kaibo Yacht Club is wonderful as well. This place has the Island feel that we, New Englanders dream about all winter long. The whole experience beginning with my first correspondence with Nikki, then ending with the sad moment that we had to return the key, was nothing less than fabulous. I would highly recommend rented this property from Nikki and Chris."
