  • A Slice of Heaven

"This was the perfect "retreat" for my husband and I. We shared this magnificent home with 2 other couples. The location near Rum Point is away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and Cruise Ships. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities and essentials that one would need for a home away from home. Just steps from the home is the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in Grand Cayman. The pier with the cabana was an added bonus. The homeowners are terrific! And yes, we will return."

  • So Perfect

"Had a trip for a girls weekend down here. Beautiful home, right on the beach. Pool was great to lounge by. Big open kitchen made it easy to host large group of people."

  • Great location, relaxing

"We've visited Grand Cayman a few times and decided to stay near Rum Point. Really enjoyed our time at this condo. We arrived a bit early, but unit was ready. Nice to have Queen and King beds. Kitchen and amenities well appointed. Enjoyed being on second floor with big screened patio having great view over pool and yacht club area... awesome place to have breakfast and watch the sunrise. Our kids, 5 and 7, really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were fortunate to have many other kids their age to play with. Meant the pool wasn't very quiet, but keep the kids occupied. We went snorkelling right off the beach and saw some fish, lobster and of course star fish. Great place to hang out and watch the boats come and go from Kaibo. Kaibo has a bar, restaurant, and rental equipment. I do recommend a car if you stay here. Groceries are a bit distant, but manageable. Rum Point is also a great place to hang out and about 1.25 miles down the road (makes for a nice run). Most importantly, Mark was great to work with. He was very responsive by both email and phone."

  • Perfect Family Vacation!

"This was our first visit to the Cayman Islands and against some advice to stay on SMB (because we have 3 active sons ages 11-16) we decided to stay on the quieter side. We were all thrilled with that decision! The pictures online of the Retreat sold me--I wanted to be right on the point and walk right onto the beach--which is exactly how it was. Karen was great to work with and provided excellent information and suggestions prior to arriving. The condo itself was wonderfully clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. The third bed, made and ready for one of our boys in the second bedroom was a very nice extra touch. Having the restaurant, the wreck beach bar and red sail sports right next door was awesome and we used all of it daily. I just can't say enough about the wonderful location of the Retreat. None of use wanted to leave the point because it had everything we needed included awesome snorkeling, our own stingray and sea turtle encounters, bioluminescence in the bay, starfish beach and fun beach bbq's. Wonderful, wonderful place to stay."
