  • Great location, fun & relaxing

"We had a great time in Grand Cayman ! We enjoyed staying in your condo and meeting both you and Pat. Sharing your gourmet style fritters and lobster with us was so generous and a real treat! The condo was a perfect retreat for four guests. The layout and location were convenient and comfortable. Stepping out the door to the pool, hot tub, beach, and Kaibo Restaurant made for an outstanding and relaxing experience. We especially liked that the condo was quiet, very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. My wife was so thankful that there were no bugs!!! Some of our highlights included the beach Bar B Que at Kaibo. The band and singer were terrific and so much fun. Dinner at the Upstairs Kaibo Restaurant was elegant and delicious. We can't forget the catamaran trip to String Ray City, Rum Point, Starfish Point, gorgeous sunsets, snorkeling, and swimming at the beautiful 7 Mile Beach. However, we're glad we didn't stay at 7 Mile Beach, as it is very crowded and over developed. Your place at Kaibo Condo / Yacht Club was much more our style and we are happy to recommend it! Thanks again for everything."

  • Great stay

"Our family enjoyed this condo immensely. Spotless, spacious, what a view! The only caveat is that the location is a bit isolated on the far point of the Island. Groceries and services need to be planned for ahead of time!"

  • Definetly Tranquility at its best!

"We spent 7 relaxing days at Rum Point in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. Our mornings started with coffee and pancakes on the screened patio enjoying the glorious ocean view. Next was snorkeling just steps away from the front door. The condo is conveniently equipped with some snorkel equipment, beach towels, toys and floats so you don't have to worry about making room in your suitcase for these items. The condo has everything you could possibly need so we bought groceries and cooked and even barbequed everyday. We ate out a few times and highly recommend Vivine's Kitchen on east end. While we loved the beach at Rum Point we still explored other areas of the island. Smith's Cove was absolutely breathtaking! Seven Mile Beach was also wonderful. We have lovely photos from Stingray City, Starfish Beach, the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounter, and the Botanical Gardens. Each night Before bed we enjoyed stargazing on the beach. The night sky is so clear you can see can see the Milky Way and each night we saw from 6 to 12 shooting stars! This was truly a vacation to remember. Our sincere thanks to you Mr. Boden for sharing your lovely condo with us. We are already checking our calendar for next year as we would dearly love to return for a longer stay. Many thanks, The Munoz Family"

  • Perfect in every way

"We stayed for 8 nights on our snorkeling vacation and would definitely recommend. The property exceeded our expectations. The bay is beautiful, fun to watch occasional boats come and go, and although it is a grassy and sandy bottom here the visibility was good enough to go for a quick dip here every morning and check in on our ‘locals’ which included starfish, spiny lobsters and a variety of fish. Check out the fish under the pier at The Pools next door. We snorkeled round to Starfish point and back. Our boys used the pool most days and it was always quiet. Stroll a few steps along the beach to the Yacht club for lunch, dinner or cocktails. The condo itself was excellently maintained and equipped, nicely decorated (ocean themed) and very comfortable. Our son slept on the aero bed the first night and would not give it up. It was superior to any sleeper sofa we have previously encountered. There is no dining table - just a breakfast bar - but we ate outside on the porch all the time. We loved the view from the living room and master bedroom/porch and we appreciated being on the quieter part of the island as opposed to 7-mile beach. It was sheltered compared to the north side, but there was still a constant pleasant warm breeze. The owners offered helpful suggestions on the best places nearby to go snorkeling. One of our favorites was the drift snorkel at Cayman Kai public beach, less than a 10 minute drive away."
