"We loved staying here! The condo was wonderfully appointed and even had things like bug spray and a first aid kit. (you just replace what you use). the location is right on the beach and has some of the best snorkeling I've ever done. the condo is also conveniently located near Rum Point which also a great spot to visit. The owner really goes out of her way to make sure you are prepared for your stay and that you have everything you need. The welcome package received was really helpful. I would recommend this place to stay and would be more than happy to return to it again!"

"My husband and I spent our honeymoon on Grand Cayman 25 years ago and have always wanted to return so we decided that there was no time like the present. Our 2 daughters happily joined us. What a wonderful getaway! As everyone has previously mentioned, you will want for nothing at 7 Up - Lynn has done an excellent job making sure her guests needs and desires are met. The condo is very comfortable and inviting, just like home. The view we saw when first opening our eyes in the morning is something I will never forget and probably always long to see! Relaxing on the lanai for breakfast or happy hour was a special treat, one we enjoyed every day. We very much enjoyed the beach experience at Rum Point, especially the shade available when the sun was too much (which I never thought I'd say!). We loved walking to Starfish Point (kayaking, too!) and getting to know the namesakes. We took the 7:00 snorkeling trip to Stingray Sandbar right from Kaibo Yacht Club with White Sand Water Sports - highly recommend them!! We were the first boat there and had some private time with the gentle rays, then as much time as we wanted snorkeling at the reef. The whole experience was wonderful, truly a highlight of the trip. Our restaurant experience was just as good - nothing we didn't like. We were very happy to return to our favorite restaurant from 25 years ago, the Lone Star Bar and Grill on SMB, and have a most delicious BBQ dinner - yummy! There were 4 very sad faces on our departure day but hopefully we'll be able turn the frowns upside down on a return trip in the not so distant future. Keep doing what you're doing, Lynn! Loved it!"

"We loved this condo! This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we brought our daughters, 9, 7, with us and we had such a fantastic vacation!! The condo is exactly as described and is very well cared for and maintained. It was very clean and comfortable!
The location of this property on the island was also wonderful for us. We enjoyed the quieter atmosphere and being away from the hustle of the seven mile beach area (which we drove to and visited a couple times and it was an easy trip). The proximity to the Kaibo Yacht Club is great for a drink or some food. We also enjoyed the Carribbean BBQ on Tuesday night. Our favorite was the sunrise trip out to Stingray city which left right from the Yacht Club - so convenient! We were out with the Stingrays with only one other boat and it was amazing!
The pool at the condo complex is perfect and we spent many hours there! The beach by the condo is nice. The water isn't as clear as it is elsewhere and it gets deep fairly quickly, but we still enjoyed it. We walked or drove the short distance to Starfish Point every day - it was a true highlight!
The unit is well stocked. It's a very comfortable home away from home. The new mattresses were extremely firm, but after several nights we got used to them. The owner was very easy to work with and the property manager was fabulous too! If we go back to Grand Cayman we would definitely consider renting this unit again!"

"My family of four wanted a quiet, secluded vacation. We got exactly what we wanted at this lovely home. Immaculately maintained and thoughtfully provisioned, it was perfect for us. We rented a car so that we could tour the island, but you could enjoy a perfectly comfortable week here (provided you can get to the grocery store) without one. The bedding was clean and comfortable; there was a generous supply of towels and the kitchen has everything you could need. Even coffee and simple spices!
We went during the summer, so really appreciated the central air. Everything is in perfect working order.
We snorkeled at various spots around the island, but the backyard of this house provided us with some of the best fish gazing and coral. And we had no other swimmers the entire time we stayed. It was like having the beach to yourself. Our only barracuda sighting was here. (No worries - he appeared just as wary of us as we were of him). We found plenty to do at nearby Rum Point and had great food at Tukka and the Italian Kitchen.
This is a quiet spot - not a lot of night time traffic. Yet, we felt perfectly safe the entire time, day or night.
Really an all around great experience. Highly recommended."
