"Ken and Susan,
Can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We had a fabulous stay in your beautifully decorated condo. The planation theme throughout made it very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai every morning to the sound of the ocean. This was the best location in all of the units at North Point and the view was outstanding. The amenities were great right down to the blender for margarita's!!!
Snorkeled, swam with the stingrays, had mudslides at Rum Point, dinner at Over the Edge, Tukka, Kaibo etc. Loved them all!!
Thank you for all your hospitality and hope to go back to Cayman Breeze!"

"Kai Kotch was everything we were hoping for in our Grand Cayman vacation. Our family of 4 (9 year old daughter and 6 year old son) loved the house and its location. Rum Point beach was about 75 yards from the house and the snorkeling was great. The kayaks that came with the unit practically paid for a free nights stay when compared against the available nightime kayak tours. Some recommended restaurants include Tukka towards the East End, Kurts Kitchen (non-traditional location on the way to Bowden Town but great local food) and Rackams in Georgetown.
Tim, the owner of Kai Koch, was a pleasure to work with. Very easy and accomodating. We had a slight issue with the coffee maker and it was addressed promptly. The overall management of the unit was outstanding.
We definately recommend Kai Kotch and look forward to coming back for snorkeling at Eden Rock and over the Wreck of the Cali."

"My family of 5 absolutely loved the house. It had plenty of room, good wifi strength and complete relaxation. We used the hammocks multiple times each day just to be lazy in the warm sunshine. We did some snorkeling right at the beach and enjoyed it even though we had some rougher water days. Even found some conchs and saw lots of lobsters, small fish, etc.
The pool is nice to have for those rough seas days and just to hang out. The water in the pool was cooler than the ocean so it was very refreshing for the hotter days. Enjoying a cup of coffee poolside is always a nice relaxing time compared to the cold winter of home.
I would truly recommend the property. Only had 2 very minor issues which were resolved in less than 24 hours. AC worked great and it was really nice to have the grill."

"We were fortunate to have two glorious months on the Grand Cayman Islands. We enjoyed this unit very much. When staying for two months, it was important to us to have a kitchen that had a decent kitchen that was well equipped. This unit certainly fit the bill! You could cook in the pots and pans and not burn everything! Everything was adequately provided. The unit was spacious. The Wi-Fi worked. Everything was in working order. The snorkeling out in front of the condo's provided to be pretty good. There are several restaurants with in a 15 minute drive if you want eat out. Only negative, the sound on the tv is pretty bad, but it worked. So when you had one of those days when you couldn't be outside, which was rare; you had some company. Jackie was great to work with!"
