  • Memorable Family Vacation

"Our family of four stayed 9 nights at Coconut Bay during Christmas 2014. It was truly a memorable vacation. The townhouse was very roomy, well appointed and near a beautiful pool and short walk to the ocean. There is a sandy beach with a step-down ladder in the rocks to access some incredible dive/snorkel sites close to shore. The beach was also a great place to relax with a drink and watch the beautiful evening sunsets. The townhouse looked exactly like the website photos and the location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to the Cracked Conch Restaurant (excellent), Macubuca Tiki Bar (yummy & resonably priced), Turtle Farm, & Dolphin Discovery. The townhouse is approximately 2 miles from Fosters, an excellent grocery, and 10+ min. to 7 Mile Beach. Our favorite beach was Cemetery Beach. Georgetown was 15 mins. away with fabulous restaurants right on the water. My husband and daughter used Duncan's dive shop (Stingray Water Sports) which was great, offering exciting trips with limited divers and excellent service. We had Duncan take us snorkeling to the stingray sandbar (a must). It was so nice to be on a smaller, fast boat and not to be with the large charter groups. My only gripe was that the pool/jacuzzi was not heated during our stay and it was very cool. All in all, you won't be disappointed if you book this townhouse. You can't ask for a better place to make memories."

  • 2 couples enjoy a GRAND retreat!

"This is an ideal location! It's away from the crowded cruise ships and 7 Mile Beach, but easy to access stores and places to eat. Great snorkeling and diving right at the condo and dive shops close by. Quiet and clean, great to relax and enjoy the pool. I'd go back to this condo in a heart beat. Easy for 2 couples to share with privacy and own bathrooms. (We didn't even need the 3rd bedroom or bath) PERFECT"

  • Wonderful Well Equipped Condo

"I just wanted to let you know how much we loved staying at your condo. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The weather was perfect - a couple of stray showers but no big storms, and the snorkeling was awesome. We snorkeled at 4 locations around the island, and I have to say that we enjoyed the location right in our backyard the best. The water was so crystal clear and the fish and coral were amazing. We did see one lion fish, but we hope they can be eradicated. Having access to wifi was a huge benefit. We really appreciated being able to use the internet without paying for data. The decorations in the condo kept us entertained the whole time - everywhere we looked we saw something new. It really was fun."

  • Great Spring Break

"Nothing fell short from all of Andrew's information. We had a brief issue with Wi Fi connection and Andrew was prompt to reply and get it resolved. The condo is lovely and the ocean is amazing, right out the front. The restaraunt recomendations were spot on. We definately needed more time to see and do everything. As a different activity, we took wave runners to Stingray City. Captian Marvins did a great job with this and we had a grand adventure playing around with the wave runners as we went accross the bay. If we ever return to Grand Cayman I would definately stay at the Barron's again."
