"Upon arrival, we found the condo to be immaculately clean and very private. The views from the lanai, patio and master bedroom were fantastic! We rarely saw anyone while we were there for a week. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. While the area in front of the condo is not really great for letting the kids just play, it was fantastic for teaching them how to snorkel before we went out into rougher waters. They had a wonderful time, and their first time snorkeling ever were able to see a stingray right out front! It took just minutes to drive to Rum Point beach for different snorkeling and a swim beach. Also, the restaurant there is incredible. While Georgetown is a bit of a drive, you pretty much can get to any part of the island in under an hour. Highly recommend this unit!"

"This condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and baths were top notch and the large balcony over looking the ocean was beautiful. If you want to be right in the middle of everything on 7 mile beach then this is the perfect spot. The Marriott was 2 doors down and it was great for our teenagers to walk over and book parasailing, the hoby cat, snorkeling, and the waverunners. I was a little worried when we arrived because there are maybe 8 sets of chairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of the condo and that's it. I thought we'd have trouble getting a chair, but it was high season and I think we saw one other family use the chairs besides us. This was the opposite of the Marriott. Those people were packed in one on top of the other with rows and rows of chairs so close together and their beach had to be half as wide as ours.
The property itself was not quite as nice as the condo. I would say the complex was a 3 star complex. The pool was nice, but it was small and it wasn't on the beach. It had a nice pond around it and the girls had fun feeding the turtles off the bridge.
We were there for 5 nights and we didn't get a rental car. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. If we were there for longer, we probably would have rented a car to see some other parts of the island. Camana Bay is a new shopping complex with restaurants and a movie theater that is about a 10-15 min walk. It was safe for our teenage girls to walk down there during the day.
The condo is less than 10 minutes from the airport and we never heard an airplane. There is a Foster's grocery story (and liquer store next door) right by the airport so our taxi took us there when we arrived on our way to the condo. It was good to get that out of the way. After that, we just shopped at a little convenience store across the street.
We also took a boat tour with Aquarius to Stingray City, Starfish Point, and snorkeling. Transportation to and from the condo was included and that was a great day.
I would definitely rent this condo again. I liked it because it wasn't one of those mega hotels where you have to walk 2 miles from your room to get to the beach and put a towel on your beach chair at 7 am. And the teenagers liked it because it was safe enough for them to walk "around town" as they put it and there were a lot of activities for them at the Marriott."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this unit in Grand Cayman. I, along with my co-pilot, flew a group of individuals to the island for four days of relaxation. Everything, I must say, was outstanding. Ollie Ebanks was very accommodating. She had no problem with our late arrival and was extremely helpful when I needed to make a call back to the U.S. to coordinate our customs arrival. The unit is very clean, equipped with everything I could ask for, and quiet. I appreciate the quiet, along with my sleep, more and more the older I get! My youngest child, age fifteen, says that I wake-up from the slightest of noises and I had no such interruptions while staying at your place.
Again, thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! It was wonderful!
I’d like to get my wife to Grand Cayman in the future and when I do I’ll certainly try and stay at this condo."

"This property was wonderful! Very clean and nicely decorate with beach decor. Great layout for a family of four and the balcony was wonderful for having coffee on in the morning and watching the beautiful ocean along seven mile beach. The location was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen which was a very nice surprise and the grocery store was just a walk down the street. The washer/dryer came in quite handy as well. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay here again."
