"My husband and I spent two weeks at this condo, I cannot think of one negative. Yes the TVs were old, but we weren't there to watch TV. The view, beach and complete relaxation was what we wanted and we weren't disappointed. The condo was perfect, just one small problem, we had trouble with the burners on the stove. Also we replaced the filter on the AC which seemed to make it work more efficiently. But these our things we would have to deal with at home as well, so no big deal in the larger picture. Evenings were very peaceful, and if the young boaters did come out, they played great music and shut it down by 11. We are very much hoping to go back. But as mentioned in other comments, it is expensive, so might not be a yearly destination."

Peaceful, elegant condo with great snorkeling, views, and location
"Beautifully appointed condo with a luxurious feeling of home. It was as nice as the beach! Two vary comfortable bedrooms with their own private baths, warm and comfortable living room, and fully appointed kitchen. Everything you could want. The beach is great and we snorkeled every day. There is a ship wreck that you can see from your back porch that is teeming with tropical fish and the nighttime harbor views are amazing. There are restaurants, a bakery, and a convenience store within walking distance. Taxis are easy around the island but I would recommend a small car for exploring - the roads are great and slow going. I understand the public buses are good as well. There are grills outside for cooking, a quite pool right out your front door, and iguanas and crabs show you to the beach. There is even a beach-side cemetery a short walk away. It's even better than the pictures. If you appreciate attention to detail, this condo is for you. It is a beautiful home.
I will be back! One more thing.. It would sleep more than 4. You could throw a kid or two on a couch. They were really comfortable."

"I was recently down with a group of girlfriends in Grand Cayman celebrating one friend’s milestone birthday. There were 7 of us in all.
We rented two side by side condos at Harbour Heights and we seriously had one of the best weeks any of us could have ever imagined. From the moment we landed, the fun began. We rented a large SUV that fit us all. Our accommodations were perfect… lots of room for all of us, and the fact that it is steps from the beach made it so easy. Our days were filled with early morning runs or long walks on the beach and lazy afternoons swimming in the pool or ocean or relaxing and reading in the shade. We also managed to fit in a little shopping at Camana Bay and some of the newer shops on Seven Mile Beach, as well as 18 holes of golf at NorthSound Golf Club. We had breakfast and lunch in the condo and had dinner out each night. Every restaurant was a hit.
As part of the birthday celebration, one of the highlights was when a private YOGA instructor came to Harbour Heights one morning and on the grassy area overlooking the water, she led us in a YOGA practice. Imagine hearing the ocean and the breeze through the palm trees! It was paradise! When we were done, the YOGA instructor had advised us of a woman who catered fresh, organic lunches. She arrived with the most delicious lunch and dessert which was set up in the pool house. Nothing could have been more special.
I think one other thing that made the trip so incredible was all the people we met. From the staff at Harbour Heights to every person we met along the way, we were treated so kindly and everyone just wanted to help make our stay as wonderful as possible. A get away with girlfriends could not have been more perfect!!!"

"First of all you really can't go wrong with a Grand Cayman vacation. However, staying in this condo was icing on top of the cake. I would argue that there was not a more perfect location: 5 minute car ride to George Town, great stores and restaurants within walking distance, and only yards from the beach. We walked the beach for miles in both directions and other condo's have rocky or crowded beaches at their door step. The beach in front of Cayman Reef Resort was the absolute best on the island! No rocks, lots of fish, very few beach-goers, and views undisturbed by hundreds of chairs and umbrellas (even though they did have some you could use). The complex is family friendly but quiet (we don't have kids) no screaming children, loud music or partying but yet a great relaxed vibe. The condo itself was clean and provided everything we needed. It was a little tight for 4 people (two on a pull out couch) but we made it work and would do it again. John and Cathy were wonderful to work with through the entire process. They were easy to get a hold of, true to their word, eager to help, and just overall nice people. Truly there is no reason to waste your time looking at other condos. You will NOT find anything better for this price range. We will be booking again for our next vacation."
