Great place to stay
"This is our second visit to Grand Cayman Island and our second visit to this condo. We were pleasantly surprised with some new appliances and great floaties. Blender work great for our afternoon ice lemonade. The manger was friendly like always and made sure we had everything we needed. Our visit was for 2 weeks and we had a wonderful stay. People at this condo complex were friendly and out going. Everything is close to this location, restaurant, shopping. The beach was the greatest! Thanks Kathy"

"Great place to stay. Howard the owner answered any question we had and was easy to work with, couldn't ask for a better guy. Condo was as close to the beach you can get. The condo was nice and clean not a 5 star Ritz, but nice and comfortable. It has all the amenities you need, silverware, pots and pans, glasses etc. Most relaxing vacation ever. Just sit and watch the sunset and the cruise ships with a cocktail and some chips and that’s all you need!! Beach was the Iron Shore, Not your typical smooth sand beach like Florida. Bring or buy beach shoes with the rubber soles. Snorkeling was great. Ship wreak about 100 yards away, easy to get to. Supermarket (kirks) about 1/2 mile away and plenty of restaurants around. Seven Mile beach is about a 15 minute beach walk going north. That is where you will find the smooth sand. Rent a car, and explore the island. Go to the Cracked Conch good lunch and right on the water were they scuba dive. Also go to Pappagallos. Great Italian food. Also hit Sting Ray City, either by jet ski or boat. Find how to get there from one of the tour books, also Rum point nice beach. Then go to Tukka's for lunch also a great place. All in all Great condo, great location and great owner."

"My husband, daughter, and l just spent 9 glorious days in Grand Cayman, and had the pleasure of staying in unit 303 at the Georgetown Villas for the third time. John and Marilyn, the owners, could not be more accommodating, they were just an email away, and responded back promptly with any questions we had.
The thing we love most about the villas is the fact that you never need a car - from Kirk's grocery store, to Blackbeards to pick up a bottle of their fantastic rum, as well as the abundance of restaurants just steps away, who could ask for more!!
The condo has everything you could possibly need, the beds are comfy, and it is so great to have satellite TV for those days you don't want to sit at the beach/pool, and the view - well it is indescribable, something you have to witness!!
We have met and developed friendships with some fantastic people that frequent / own condos in the villas, and we cannot wait to reunite with them in the future!!
As far as noise goes, if you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is not the place for you, the only "noise" you hear are the waves slapping against the coral, who could complain about that!!
Many thanks John and Marilyn for giving us the opportunity to share your piece of paradise!!
Hope to return in 2017!"

"First things first: we'd go back in a heartbeat.
My husband and I stayed for a week in November for a getaway (without kids). At first I was concerned with being away from the heart of 7 Mile Beach and now I couldnt imagine it any other way. The complex was so quiet and peaceful yet an easy walk to the grocery store and a short taxi/bus ride to restaurants and shopping. The snorkeling right off the beach is world class. The pool was a welcome change of pace (and salt) for cooling off after laying on the beach or an oceanside jog. It was heavenly.
You couldnt ask for a better view from the 3rd floor balcony (trust me, I lived in Cayman for 2 years) and the screened-in porch was our favorite spot in the unit. We even turned the lounge chairs around to face the ocean for the daily happy-hour sunset routine :)
Between the owner Tammy and the lovely staff onsite, it was so easy to book and communicate and check in/out. We will be back!"
