  • Perfect location! Very clean!

"Perfect location on 7 mile beach. Short walk to the governors reef and a short drive to cemetery reef and dolphin discovery. We didn't feel the need to explore more beaches because we saw so much just snorkeling near the condo from sting rays, octopus, squid, conch, puffer fish, crabs, lobsters and other beautiful fish. They provide beach towels so that is one less thing you have to pack. Can't wait to go back!"

  • Just WOW!

"This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and it won't be our last! Breathtakingly gorgeous! Our condo was just what we needed for our family. The condo is in a great location and is within walking distance to restaurants. We took the mini bus to the grocery and had enough for the week. The snorkeling is the best on the island. We swam with turtles, stingrays and saw 54 different reef fish. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave. Until next time....."

  • Great location

"My wife, three kids, and I just got back from a week stay at Crescent Point #11. We really enjoyed the condo. Very nice, clean, and spacious with direct ocean and pool views. The screened-in balcony was a big plus. Although located just south of some of the larger/busier resorts, we did not get near the amount of "walk-by" traffic which made this a very peaceful spot. Many restaurants close by and Georgetown is pretty close. I researched most every place on seven mile beach and definitely chose the right one. Also, staff was very friendly."

  • excellent location in paradise

"This unit was a great size for our family of 6. We are two adults and 4 children(2 teens and 2 pre teens). We have stayed on the island four times. This location was by far the best. It is walking distance into town, nearby restaurants, grocery store, and liquor store. We rented a car but if we hadn't we could have gotten away with walking, taxi's and the bus. Within the complex, it is one of the best located units. It is right on the beach, with a large balcony. The sunsets are breathtaking and the view from the master bedroom is unbeatable. It was a great amount of space and kitchen was well equipped. In unit washer and dryer helped out immensely. The housekeeper who cleaned the condo(every 3rd day) was a delight. The owners where easy to communicate with and gave us everything we needed in a timely fashion( maps, directions, and keys). The condo itself has some minor maintenance issues that I just let the owners know about. The property is well maintained. The pools are great for adults and children of all ages. I loved the swim up bar and grill on the premise. The beach is clean, seating and umbrellas were easy to get. There is a protected area right off the beach that allows for easy snorkeling and swimming. This was great for the kids, I had never seen anything like this before, I loved it! Attractions that are a must are stingray city/starfish island( we always charter a boat, it's costs more but it is much more personal and worth it), the turtle farm, the dolphin exhibit,(on saturday and sunday's there is a cheap breakfast buffet that you can eat and watch them train the dolphins) and feeding the tarpon(large and friendly fish) at 7:30 every night at the restaurant/bar Rackams(walking distance, good food, and kids can snorkel and swim/dive right off the deck there, bring your towels and wear your swim suit!) Restaurants that are great are for casual dining are sunshine grill and Rackams, for nicer dining Aqua is great! Best new bar was Minus 5 ice bar( you are actually drinking in a giant ice room, warm clothes provided, among ice sculptures of lobsters and sea horses) go in the evening after the cruise ships have gone. With all the tropical islands to visit we still come back to Cayman every 3-4 years, you just can't beat it!!!! Relax and Enjoy!"
