"First time on the island. The location is great - right on the beach, a few steps from the door to the sand. There we not a ton of people. And the beach in front of the condo was not lined with chair after chair, like at the hotels. Walking distance from Camana Bay, which is a great outdoors area of stores, restaurants, wine bar, cinema (for a rainy day), Bay Market, yogurt, etc. Close to Georgetown, Kirk Grocery Store, liquor store, very good restaurants, and a dive shop. Enjoyed the beautiful, clean beach and the amazing blue water. Great snorkeling right in front of the condo. Played on the tennis court. Front office provided us with a few extras that we needed during our stay. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Wifi worked great. The TV is not that big. It should be moved to the bedroom and have a bigger TV in the living area. The cable worked fine. The bathroom was good and the new updated shower was nice. The washer and dryer worked fine. The bed needs to be replaced - was probably a pretty good firm mattress, but it sags in places. Although the Unit is old, it was maintained and probably as clean as it probably could be. I will definitely go bad to Grand Cayman. People - residents and visitors were very friendly."

"Our stay was wonderful. It was our second trip to the Caymans the last one being 20+ years ago. This time is was just my wife and myself. The island is defineitly more populated but the people were still as nice with many things similar to what we remembered. Our accomodations were excellent. The condo was great with a location within walking distance to Georgetown, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We didn't rent a car on this trip and did't need one. The condo complex had all the things we needed and the loaction along Seven Mile beach was perfect for us. We like the idea of a condo complex instead of a resort type hotel and Regal Beach was perfect. We travel to Sanibel Florida a lot but the beach here was much cleaner. The Marriott next door provided a wonderful opportunity to snorkel for those not very experineced in it. All in all it was a great location and overall trip."

"Our stay at Discovery Point in Grand Cayman was the most wonderful and relaxing vacation ever. The condo amenities at unit #6 were so comfortable and complete that we didn't want to go home. The view from the living area was phenomenal and the easy access to the beach by being on the ground floor was amazing. The condos are close to everything and there is no better view. We will always stay here when visiting Grand Cayman, it just doesn't get any better. Book your trip now and you will agree with me. Enjoy a little piece of paradise."

"The listing was exactly as described. We had no problems at all. We loved the location. There were pool floats and beach toys for the kids. It is close to Camana Bay, Georgetown, and shopping. The beach was beautiful. We never had a problem finding a chair at the pool or beach. We shopped at Kirk's for breakfast items, drinks and snacks. Subway and Wendy's are right across the street. The kids ate there a few times. Chicken Chicken is also in the plaza across the street. Delicious! We enjoyed dinner at Da Fish Shack and Kaibo (Rum Point). The Gelato shop in Camana Bay is wonderful. We recommend that you take a walk over there. We would definitely return to Cayman Reef Resort. We went to Stingray City with Moby Dick tours, horseback riding with Coral Stone Stables, and para sailing along SMB. Check the cruise ship schedule and book your excursions on the days that there are are no ships in port."
