  • Terrific location and amenities on southern tip of 7 mile beach

"Can't beat this for a less crowded and "complete" package of everything there is to enjoy on Grand Cayman. The grounds, pool and location are top notch. We are an active family so the third floor didn't bother us at all and the view..oh the view..cannot be beat. Accomodations are nice and the kitchen is well equipped as stated by others, but the real value is in the private, homey feel of this place, close to everything and within a short walk. We really, really enjoyed our stay. There were a few little things, but they got taken care of without hassle and if you like a stiff bed, you'll love this place!"

  • Perfect place to relax and explore

"We booked the 1 bedroom unit for 8 nights during the second half of August. The condo was as advertised: comfortable, well-equipped and with 180-degree views of the beach and reef. The balcony was great to enjoy the cooling breeze in the evening or the rising sun in the morning. The resort was clean and our building was very quiet. We came to relax and snorkel so this location was perfect. Grand Cayman is very safe and it was very easy to drive around. We visited pretty much every beach and snorkelling spot between East End Cemetery and Rum Point. The beaches were deserted, the wild life abundant and most of the time we were by ourselves in the water. There were several restaurants in the area; we enjoyed Tukka and Bombay Chopstiks for dinner as well as Over the Edge and Kaibo Beach for lunch. The grocery and liquor stores located just across the street from the resort provided everything else we needed. As always, we had no problem booking through VRBO and Carl, the owner, was very helpful. Overall, a very relaxing stay in a quiet, unpretentious resort with amazing views and great snorkelling. We definitely recommend this condo and would come back."

  • Paradise

"Our stay in this home was AWESOME. It could not have been anymore perfect. We feel we have found our perfect spot for vacation and honestly do not care to go anywhere else. The location of the home and the beach made for a perfect stay in Paradise. We have told everyone we know about this home in hopes they to can enjoy a nice home and relaxing atmosphere in Paradise as we did. We hope its just the beginning of yearly trips to go relax and view some of the most BEAUTIFUL sunsets in the world. I can not express enough how grateful we are to have stayed in this home. It was an experience we look forward to having time and time again."

  • A very nice stay

"The Islands Club Condominium complex is in the very best stretch of Seven Mile Beach. You are within easy walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants (we especially enjoyed Deckers and Gino's Pizza) and grocery and liquor stores. Additionally, the beach is very quiet. With only a few other condos occupied, we felt like we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. While the complex doesn't have a pool, we kind of preferred it because it allows the buildings to be that much closer to the ocean (the best pool ever, right?). The grounds were impeccably manicured, even so far as the beach being raked every other morning. This condo itself was very comfortable. The owner has thought of just about everything... right down to clothespins/chip clips in the kitchen! (We typically bring our own and were shocked when we realized she already had some there.) There was also wax paper, cling wrap, and tupperware, which really helped with leftovers. There were corkscrews and wine stoppers and just about anything you could need in the kitchen (except, oddly enough, a cookie sheet, which we needed for reheating pizza one night). There are hairdryers in the bathrooms and laundry baskets in the bedroom closets. There are also tons of books, DVDs, and CDs to entertain you. The only other thing we would have appreciated that wasn't in the condo would have been laundry detergent. Pretty much any moment we weren't on the beach or sleeping in the bedrooms, we were on the screened balcony. This is one of only a couple units in the complex that has a screened lanai/balcony. While mosquitoes aren't really an issue in December, they certainly are during other parts of the year, so the screening is a definite bonus. We had occasional issues with hot water. It seemed each time we showered we had to set the knob in a different location to get the same water temperature as the previous day. And a couple times we got a cold water shock in the middle of the shower, which is always an unwelcome surprise. But that was the only negative. Everything else was lovely, and we certainly wouldn't let the hot water/shower issues prevent us from staying here in the future."

Cayman Islands Travel Tips

Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise

Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.

Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education

Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.

Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts

No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.

Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep

Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver. The spectacular natural beauty, activities, water sports and interesting places to visit from Cayman Islands villas makes the area the perfect vacation destination.
